Amazing movers! Booked them to move a 1 bedroom apartment into a Pod for an out of state move. They were so fast! Done in 30 min! But also very mindful and careful. I had everything packed but there were a few items they wrapped up for me, helped clear out a small storage of old boxes that were mostly trash and took apart an exercise machine to properly load it. They also packed the pod so well and provided a strap to secure everything. Overall they were just so nice and friendly too! Booked a month in advance and the company reached out to me via text checking in multiple times leading up to the move which made me feel reassured they would show up. Fantastic movers! We had purchased a new hot tub and needed to move it onto the patio. They were on time, a little early, actually, which is nice, and went right into action. I hired AAA Soto's to load up my 16-ft POD shipping container for a cross country move and I can't say enough good things about their service! The crew was punctual, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail, they taped blankets all across the main doorway to protect it from dings and scrapes and laid out paper over the main walkway inside to minimize the mess. After they finished I did a walk-thru to see if I needed to touch up any paint but couldn't find a single scrape! The two movers were able to load up my entire 2-bedroom house in just over 2 hours, including the time it took to wrap all the furniture in protective paper, and I felt like there was no wasted time at all. My biggest concern was that I wouldn't be able to fit all of my furniture and boxes into the POD but they very effectively utilized the space, floor to ceiling, and fit everything with a bit of room to spare. And when I opened the container upon delivery in the new location, the contents hadn't shifted at all, highlighting how well they packed it. Best of all, the final price was within the estimate with no hidden charges or fees. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone doing a large or small move in the Tucson area. Friendly? Courteous? I suppose. This was the worst, most difficult move I have ever done. They had me sign that everything was accounted for before I even started unpacking. So many things missing: all but one pair of my sandals; my big yellow Away suitcase; 5 dinner knives; spices that were in my kitchen cabinet. So many things (broken (that they packed) : a lamp; a ceramic platter I would not use them ever again. I do not recommend them. read more

When I noticed a tiny part of the bed frame had broken, they were able to glue it back together like new. It was a long hot day, but they worked quickly despite the heat. We hired this company to move stuff from a hotel to an apartment. We added an additional stop to pick up some furniture from a residence that would be used in the apartment. Jared and Josiah were great-they arrived early, work quickly and efficiently. I called a few other companies but they weren't able to do a move with such short notice (signed lease papers Monday and move-in was on a Wednesday) but AAA Soto had no trouble accommodating our request and the last minute addition of another stop. Hired them on Monday for a Wednesday 8 am job to unload and place living and dining room furniture back in the house after a remodeling project. PJ and Julian showed up on time and ready to work. We had several very large and heavy pieces along with the more usual tables and chairs. We took a few minutes to show them what we wanted done and they set to placing lots of floor protection down in the house to roll the extra-large dolly needed with the biggest and heavy pieces. They were both courteous & professional throughout the project. Soto's has a two hour minimum price and the entire job was completed within this time.
