I ordered a replacement pane for a fogged panel from View Point in May and their customer service was horrible. I called and emailed many times throughout the process and rarely had a return response from the service department. We found out in November that the pane had been delivered to the dealer in August. Since we had not purchased the windows through View Point, they wouldn't consider installing our pane until at least December. They agreed to deliver the pane for $100 and we managed to install the replacement glass yesterday before the next winter storm. Unless you are buying new windows through View Point, do NOT deal with them.

Well my windows do look great and the guys were super friendly and efficient however after they had left I had found that a screen was bent. I took a picture and sent it to the number I had been texting. The person on the other side was rude and told me that after talking to staff they were confident that they did. It bend the screen. I told them no one has removed any screens since my last cleaning and that I expected it to be replaced. I was told that if I felt that way they would replace it. I have reached out twice to see when they want to come and replace it but they no longer respond to my text messages.

Of course landscaping costs can give you a bit of a shock if you don't know what the outcome is going to be so Juan sent me some mockup photos of projected landscaping. Two other companies I contacted were not able to work until spring and I needed my patio done by my husband's birthday in December. When Juan found out the reason I wanted the work started in the fall he made it happen. After the work was completed Juan walked through and wanted my input to see if I was satisfied. I mentioned something I thought he may just disregard. But he made sure he addressed my issue and he had it completed as I desired. My husband was so delighted and we have been able to sit in the sun several days already. We are planning further improvements to said patio with walkway and pergola and plants.
