Jeff Meloni, who I believe is the in-house graphic designer at this location, was able to resize and erase the background of my flower image, and it turned out AMAZING! Way better than I expected. The vellum page also looked great and the paper was high quality. Jeff and Cheri were both very easy to work with, understood my vision for what I wanted, and executed quickly. The whole process, including the proofs, took less than a week. The sign was reasonably priced and it is extremely bright, it is the brightest sign in the entire complex. I have a small business and recently opened a second location; signage for the first location was done by a big manufacturer in Houston, it was extremely expensive and isn't that bright. For the second location I went with Alpha Signs after a friend recommended them. I'm so glad I went with Alpha Signs, it was half the price, a better/brighter sign, and Kashif is very responsive. Kashif and team did an amazing job, I highly recommend them!

My 5 star rating is really attributed to Darrell, who was the only person I communicated with and he delivered with stellar results in timely fashion. Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. It was an easy process and the perfect place to utilize printing on a whim. Thank you Darrell for being the man. ____________ (#1) Yes, yes, NY is expensive.
