I am being very honest when I say the Customer service leaves more to be desired. Actually, it started off great. I called in, spoke with someone very accommodating, told me to bring in my Polaris slingshot, 30 minutes later, I was there. Arrived, Spoke with Jay, (Very Nice guy), seemed to know his business. We spoke in detail about the work I was wanting done, and the areas I wanted it placed on the vehicle. This was a Thursday, He informed me he would have proofs for me on Monday. Sounded good. Monday came, I called in the evening @ 4 P.M to check progress. No proofs. "I've had a few walk in's today that backed me up". Ok, Cool. I'm good with that! Tuesday came and went, I didn't call or bother Jay. Wednesday Morning I called @ 10:30, Same thing, "They didn't let us work late last night, and I had walk in's that kept me busy". I asked if I should see proofs by the evening, "Yes, Of Course. Ill have it done no problem". Wednesday evening, No Call, No Email. I've cancelled and decided to go with another shop. I'm not bashing the business. It looks to be the absolute largest and most professional sign shop I've ever seen. Business must be great. I went in to have a a few hundred hard hat stickers made. Gave them the files they requested for the image, waited a couple weeks then got back a grainy, very low quality sticker with my logo. I brought them back in, the owner acknowledged they were bad. Then after couple more weeks and attempts they told me they couldn't do any better than the original and would refund my money to the card. That was November 2018, 5 emails, a couple of phone calls and several promises that a check was in the mail drug it out until February, still no refund. Very disappointing, seemed like nice guys, there just too busy or I wasn't a big enough customer. read more

These guys are great at what they do. I am starting a snow cone business and my trailer has to have my business name on it to pass city inspection. I called another well reviewed graphics company in Houston and they told me it would be a week before I could even bring it in for a quote and another week to complete the work. With the summer season fast approaching, a 2 week delay wasn't very doable. I called Spectrum and they told me they could knock it out same day. I went to their location with my logo on a thumb drive and Thomas was able to optimize the size for my trailer and also to keep the cost down. I came in for two logos, one on each side of the trailer, but Thomas said there was room on the sheet for two more and he threw those in for free. Altogether, it took about an hour and cost me $370 with the UV protection layer option, which I thought was a pretty good price. I was really pleased to be able to get this part of my business handled and Spectrum really took care of me! Thanks guys! read more
