She doesn't have a handle on the business end of her company, has a significant quality issue with many of the installers / subs she uses, lacks attention to detail and doesn't demonstrate accountability when issues arise. Terrible service. I purchased a Natuzzi sofa about 1.5 years ago. The sales person informed us…read morethat it would take 3-4 months to have it. I called about 3 months it to check on its status. Evan informed me that it was still being worked on. My significant other called about 3 weeks later just to be informed that he never placed our order. He stated that young people tend to be indecisive, even though we had paid for our sofa. He submitted the order. In about a total of 6.5 months, we got our sofa at 11 PM. It was thrown in, and the delivery people were on their way. We purchased scotchguard, but it was never applied. Evan staetd he would take care of it next time they were in the area. It never happened. Now our sofa isn't covered. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this place. Took too long (6+ months) and failed to provide a crucial part of our purchase which has significantly damaged the life of our sofa.
