They were unable to tow me so they gave me the number for Shane's and holy cow were they the most surprisingly amazing tow service I've ever used. Over the phone they were friendly and helpful. The driver who came to get me is an absolutely amazing young man! So helpful and kind, and also the fastest tow of my 42 years of life! Part of it was luck, most of it was Dakota! Seriously...best dude. He took pictures around my truck before he even started (super smart, and much appreciated) and skillfully loaded my truck up and got us to the shop. I've definitely had cheaper tows in my life...but I haven't needed to be towed in over a decade so I still feel like I got a good value/price for my tow. Not only was this the fastest and best tow I've had, it was maybe $20 more than the last tow I needed back in like 2012...with inflation I really feel like I got a good deal. I definitely saved their number so that I will be able to more easily use them again in the future if I need another tow...and I'll absolutely try to get Dakota to be the driver because he's the best!

Needed last minute switch out of RV tires as I took off 2 days to get them switched and installed…read more I had planned on using Discount Tire, but when I showed up with the first 2 to be changed, the told me they didn't have the equipment to do it. Thankfully they recommended T&W which was a short drive away. Everyone was very helpful from the start. They had the first 2 done within an hour. One of the techs even held off to ask me about adding weights to a brand new wheel, in case of scratches. He didn't want to proceed without confirming I would be ok. The work was perfect. The customer service was top shelf. I found out they even do road service, so next time I will call them out to the site. Thanks to everyone.
