The service is really BAD !!! I ordered a part from them and after few weeks I called to see if it cames. Unfotunately I didnt have the receipt with me and the incompetent on the phone told me that without receipt it was not possible to find any order, even after giving my full name and address. Since I payed for that part already I requested to be transfered to the supervisor. At first the guy could't find the order neither but after cheking better he finally find that out. I'm wondering..when I ordered the part they requested my car title along with all my personal information, I had to wait like 15 min just for that,. Why they bother doing all that if later on they are not able to find out my information anyway??? I actually payed in advance already and it's not very nice to hear that you can't get what you payed for just because they are not able to pull out your information from their system. read more
