During the initial estimate, Antonio listened to all of our concerns and we walked the entire house with us. He spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information he needed to give us an accurate bid that reflected everything we were looking for. We really appreciated that there was no pressure and he wasn't pushy in any way. He gave us all the information we needed and then gave us space to make a decision. Once we chose them, communication was excellent. We received daily texts about what time the crew would arrive in the morning. We also would get an evening text asking how things were going and if we had any concerns (which we never did). The crew was also kind, respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Gabriella also came by to check on the work herself during the process as well. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very meticulous and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Gabriella also did a final walk through to make sure we were happy and see if there was anything we needed done. They were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. As I mentioned previously, Carlos was a great contractor when it came to cutting down the trees. My yard was too soft to move the heavy trunks and he let them sit there for weeks and weeks. I asked if he could just mulch them and he said yes but didn't do anything, and then hauled them away. He said he'd come back to fix the fence he pulled down. I had to threaten to hire someone else and bill him before he finally came out. He said he'd fix it quick so the dogs wouldn't get out and he'd come back, but ghosted me. Gave me a sob story about his divorce and moving and having to take on more work, but who DOESN'T have struggles?! My fence is embarrassing and I've had to get quotes from other companies and work a side job to save up to have it fixed. If you hire him - pay the deposit, but withhold the last 25% until he's ACTUALLY done. He'll ghost you otherwise.
