From our initial encounters with the company all the way through installation, we continued to be impressed by their professionalism and experience. Even the installation crew who ultimately performed for job was extremely professional, punctual, and meticulous. They did an excellent job that has easily withstood the test of time. We are, by no means, easy on our floors. With three medium-sized dogs in our home and children, our handscraped floors still look as good today as they did the day we purchased them. We credit this accomplishment to Woodboys for helping us to understand the type of floor we needed to install in our home and the proper maintenance for it moving forward. We called Woodboys and asked for a salesman to come to out house with samples and give us an estimate. We had three rooms and a large closet that were carpeted with the rest of the floors covered with cheap self-installed flooring. Our estimate included removal and disposal of the carpeting and flooring, and installation of the new flooring. The salesman told us about the earlier delivery of the flooring for it to acclimate to our house. The arrival was on time and stacked neatly in the space we had prepared. We were given an estimate of three full days to complete the job. The crew arrived on time and started to work immediately. They finished a half day early. The foreman explained how to clean the floors and most importantly, what not to use. Anyone considering getting hardwood floors should make an appointment with the folks at Woodboys. These folks did a faster and higher quality job than any of the other companies we have used for other works on our house. read more

This is the second job we've had Woodboys do for us and we could not be more pleased. It says a lot that we would give them repeat business. They did a similar but much smaller job for us about 6 years ago, and that flooring still looks new. The recent job included the removal of old carpet and installation of hardwood floors in the upstairs of our house: 2 bedrooms, an office with a large closet, bathroom vanity area, hallway, and two sets of stairs. Chris and Ashley in the WB's office were wonderful to work with as usual. It is clear that this company prioritizes clear communication and customer satisfaction. The installation crew were punctual and personable, did a beautiful job, and actually finished ahead of schedule. The flooring is beautiful! With the help and professionalism of Robin and Christopher, we were very satisfied with the color match to our 10 year old discontinued existing flooring. I've heard a lot of good things about Woodboys. So when we decided to replace our carpeting with hardwood floors, one of the places we checked into was Woodboys. The salesman came to our house wearing a mask. He brought samples and measured the area and later sent an estimate. Their prices were fair and comparable with the competition and they had a large variety of flooring and price range. The installers were fabulous. They came in at 8 AM and were through by 2:30 PM. They were efficient and installation was excellent. They cleaned up the rooms after installation and they hauled off the old carpet.
