However, I never received an insurance card or a copy of my policy. I contacted the company within a few hours to request a cancellation, but I had great difficulty reaching anyone. The next day, my calls were blocked, and despite repeatedly asking for help, charges continued to be made to my credit card. In less than one month, more than $400 was taken from my account, even though I never received policy documents. Customer service was extremely frustrating, with long wait times and being transferred from one person to another for hours without a clear resolution. I am very disappointed with this experience and am still requesting a full refund of the money that was charged. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all terms, keep records of all communications, and monitor their credit card statements closely. If you believe the charges were unauthorized, you may also want to contact your credit card company to dispute the charges and file a complaint with your state's insurance department.

My vehicle suffered a fire, and I have now had an open claim for approximately 19 days. According to Loyalty, the claim is still under investigation. However, during all this time, no one has even inspected my vehicle to determine whether it will be repaired or declared a total loss. Meanwhile, my vehicle remains out of service, and I still have to keep up with my payments and other obligations without knowing when I will receive a final answer. I understand that an insurance company needs to investigate a vehicle fire before making a decision. What I find unacceptable is having to wait this many days without an inspection of the vehicle and without a clear answer about the process. This has been my personal experience with Loyalty so far. Before purchasing insurance with this company, I strongly recommend doing your research and carefully reading the policy and understanding how they handle claims. I hope Loyalty ultimately resolves my claim fairly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this insurance company.

I had the unfortunate event that my home owners insurance with AVATAR filed for bankruptcy on 3/13/2022 and I had an open claim. With an open claim no insurance company will even give you a quote with the exception of Citizen. Ana Maria went above and beyond to make sure that I completed all necessary inspections, paper work and the application correctly so that I wouldn't have any issues. She held my hand, lend me her shoulder to cry on was more than patient with me with all of my phone calls and questions. Ana Maria is a true human that is not only doing this as her job but she actually cares for you. The end result was positive and Citizen approved our home owners insurance.
