The head of maintenance, Ken, was always available to me whether it be to accompany me during an inspection or address minor concerns I found. If at anytime there were things that needed to be corrected, a work order was immediately generated and maintenance was on top of it. I believe deeply in work ethics and honesty, you will not find a better group of people with the same ethics and honesty. Regarding the apartments and grounds, they are very well maintained and clean. The maintenance staff can be seen diligently working outside in all different weather making sure the grounds are kept up, lawns are mowed and even in the winter all parking lots, sidewalks and entrances are kept clear of hazards. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami.
