I have asked several times to speak to the owner of this business. After I was encouraged to give…read morethem another try, after they messed up on a previous loan. Here I am again. My complaint is the fact that the employees input my information in wrong, on the pay online service. For almost a whole year I accumulated charges, as I was not able to use the convenience of the online service. My birthdate was wrong, my SS# was input wrong by one of the employees. They would call every month, after the due date, telling me I was late. My thing is why should I not be able to use a convenience that is available to all customers. They tried to correct it several times, were unable to. I was told if I brought them 147.00 that I could get my title. I feel that it is unfair for them to ask me to bring them anything, considering that I was paying late fees through no fault of my own. They keep calling me on the phone, however; if I can't speak to the owner, I don't want to speak to anyone, as he was the one who encouraged me to use them again...I am going to complain to the BBB as well. If it had been a one time occurrence, I could have looked over it...but; to have an issue, each time I used them, is unacceptable. It smacks of incompetence. I as a customer should not be held responsible for their employees mistakes.

As is normal paper work setting stuff up can be tedious but even with that hassle it's well worth banking with them. Everyone is facing challenges with hiring but never had an complaints about the people I have dealt with. They keep getting more and more of my business.
