My sister was turned away because it was a "fraud" in the managers eyes. I have never had this issue before in my life! I called the store to talk to her directly and the manager Natalie proceeded to tell me that she will not help us because it's a fraud, she was condescending and rude! So I lost it! Her reasoning was because my sister didn't see our family recently it's fraud and we don't know her! Of course we haven't seen our family member in a while she's in Central America!! We were paying off a property out there, also my sister has sent to this specific family member before through western union... I just couldn't believe it!
