I love them Sara was awesome she even came to my house so I can sign docs she made it easy for me to switch even helped me cancel my prior policy all while offering me amazing. Low rates. Saved me over 100 a month on insurance and so much more coverage. read more

Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. No time wasted. The office is located just across the street from HEB (north side of FM2920). Plenty of parking. Recommend that you drop by to give them a chance to earn your business. read more

Staff is incompetent & never can quite live up to their follow-up commitments...then they blame State Farm Corporate for being behind so they don't have to hold themselves accountable. The staff is nice but this office is very "happily unorganized" and poorly led from what I can see on my end. read more

They provide a great service! I can always call on them anytime I have an insurance question. Which I found out is much better than calling the insurance co directly. In one instance, after a hail storm in our area, I called our homeowner's policy to check on our coverage. Much later I found out that the operator wrote it up as a claim on our policy. But I never made any claim and had no repairs made. Thankfully, Templeton Insurance Agency was very helpful when I called them. I should have called them in the first Place!

The only explanation for Mr. P and Mike R. giving such negative reviews are they must be shills for a competitor jealous of Mr. Fields ranking on Google - want a REAL picture of how good Delon Fields State Farm is? Go to Google - as of 1/12/15 he has NINETEEN 4 or 5 star reviews - OBVIOUSLY something is fishy with 2 negative reviews here. read more
