I made the difficult decision to sell our home specifically so I could pay off the remaining balance in full. The day before I was scheduled to pay the car off completely, the bank repossessed my vehicle. The repossession agents arrived in the middle of the night, shining flashlights into our windows and frightening my family. It was an incredibly upsetting and invasive experience, especially with young children in the house. The very next day, I did everything in my power to resolve the situation. I paid the full remaining balance of $7,500. I even went to the Sheriff's Department to try to expedite the release of my vehicle. Despite paying in full, the bank refused to release my car that Friday afternoon at 2 PM -- leaving my family without transportation for the weekend, including access to emergency care for my children if needed. What has hurt the most is the complete lack of empathy or flexibility. After more than a decade of payments and a sincere effort to resolve the situation immediately and in full, I was met with indifference. I understand policies exist, but compassion should too. If you are considering this bank for an auto loan, please think carefully. When you need understanding the most, this institution does not provide it.

I thought for sure I must have misunderstood her because who in their right mind talks to a customer like that so I asked again, are you not going to let me finish talking and she stated with an attitude like I'm some child " No, I am talking now." Who talks to an adult like that?! Who talks to a customer like that?! I will be going to the BBB and am filing a formal complaint with the regional manager. This is unacceptable and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I would imagine a company who prides themselves would not have someone like this working for them. Obviously KIMBERLY needs some customer service training. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

To the district managers, you should definitely reevaluate who you have representing your company. A pretty face does not mean a pretty personality, a pretty face does nothing for customers. She's rude and I was able to be clearly hear her say "I don't care" (regarding my situation) prior to me engaging with her.
