Do not use these people. They will change your loan totals, interest rate, and balance at will. I've asked for printouts of my loan and payment totals only from r them to have an excuse each time. Criminals! read more

This place is the worst, yes I took out a loan to feed my kids and look for a job meaning when I got this loan i did not have a job so I would agree with the customer on them changing things up. So now you got my only car, but yet I got the keys and you gonna try and sell for the loan amount when in fact you will need to change the ignition get it fix first and all. Bottom line to do all this is way mire than me having my own car and searching fir a job to pay y'all asses. Dumb bitches y'all do the math. But it's all good NEVER AGAIN WILL at my lowest why would I think pawning my titles would help rather they hurt my situation more now I can't even get my kids to school and to use the language right now I'm pissed. My things in the car they didn't even let me get how would I get them if you do tell me where the car is YOU TOOK MY ONLY TRANSPORTATION. read more

The 2 woman that were working that location were so professional and nice. I witnessed first hand (M) handle a very rude phone call and she kept her composure and level headed through the whole incident. (k) was also so sweet and they treated my husband and I respectfully.
