The young "lady" (more like ghetto fab queen) working there has been and always is rude and condescending and apparently never gives messages to her boss. This last time calling them was the last straw and I wanted a regional number or a number above the store level because I'm fed up with the rudeness. I AM THE CONSUMER AND I AM TRYING TO GET SOMETHING DONE. Come on, three years later I'm calling you to finally pay off this account and because I am pissed off about the attitude I received you wont give me a number that I can call and file a complaint to?? Instead, I have ghetto fab queen saying things like "whatever" and that I'M BEING RUDE??? and hanging up in my face??!! And then the MANAGER, the one who is supposed to be professional, wants to sling mud at me and group me with a family member that also didn't pay (but probably has no intention of ever paying) into the same group and say I stole from you?! If I STOLE from you, why in the world am I even trying to take care of it in the first place?? You didn't contact me out of the blue, I contacted you! Seems to me like I'm the one who's trying to do right and clean up my credit report-- not just pay them back.
