I was recently transferred to her and right away she was encouraging me to transfer to a different office. She also, makes it feel like she has the power to manipulate your policy premium price which corporate later gave me the assurance that she doesn't. She was just trying to be a manipulator. When trying to get Art Brucks (her boss) involved, he didn't even bother. He really doesn't care for his clients. He knew that she was encouraging me to leave and he didn't say anything. I called corporate on this office, and now they are under investigation. I recommend that you please visit another office that is culturally diverse. An office that cares for their clients, and not encourage them to leave because you don't look like one of them.
