It's been awhile since I shopped up this way and I'm a TJM girl so this was a must. Store was very clean and organized and employees were so nice. I like this TJ Maxx it's clean maybe a little cluttered but still able to get through aisles around people, but you can always depend on leaving with something. They have really good fines prices and employees are always willing to help you look for whatever it is, you need. This is a nice location. Lots of inventory and it is neat and organized! Way better than Ross which is next door.

After spending 30 minutes finding four or five different items I thought I would go to the dressing room to try them on. The woman that staffs the dressing room immediately began to scold me because I didn't have hangers. I didn't know I was supposed to have hangers. Here is some advice to your store, don't scold your customers they pay the bills and if you want customers to bring hangers to the dressing room you should tell them that. Your customers don't know that. I will never be back! read more

I have a weakness for TJ Maxx. I can't help buying a cute name brand item here especially if it is something I have really wanted like big sterling silver stud ball earrings or a cute embroidered summer top from American Eagle for $7. Home furnishings are divine too! Never thought I would write a review on this store . Men's clothes has many available styles however try to find a pair that's not Skinny at this store. Other styles are available at dept stores but this store only caters to one type. Also I've mentioned to jewelry dept more than once to display men's watches where they can be viewed easily. They put items on top of the counter so you can't see anything on top 2 shelves. Should I really have to move stuff while I'm window shopping? They recess the watches to the back instead of sliding them to the front of the case. I mean honestly how r we suppose to view them? Last time I was there I waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up. I buy watches regularly here but it's so frustrating. They could use s full-time jewelry person or two at once. I've been to the counter where 4 customers are waiting all at once! Also wish they had a little more gold for women & some for men too! read more

This location has a much larger selection of items that you would typically find at a Home Goods location. The staff here is friendly and this store is super busy. There are a few cleanliness issues that should be addressed with the restrooms; other then that, the bargains are endless. read more

I love tj maxx and I always shop here. I came in today and found everything I wanted and went to check out and that's when my experience went down hill. The woman who checked me out was obnoxious and rude. I'm pretty sure her name tag said Susan w. And she was a coordinator. As I was standing in line she was yelling three check out lines down to one of the other cashiers about how behind they were and she was constantly rolling her eyes at the other cashier. Which in my opinion, when you're in front of a lot of costumers is unprofessional. When I arrived at her counter and went to pay I did a split payment which my cash portion was mostly ones. I know that isn't an ideal payment, but I'm a waitress. All I carry is ones and fives. She got SUPER annoyed and huffed and puffed at me because she had to count my money. She then said "yeah sorry these all need to be facing the same direction or I can't deposit them in the drawer" which is nonsense for one, that's more a personal annoyance rather that a need for a drawer, I would know I count one every night. My main upset was that she was so incredibly rude about it and it was so much that I was very close to just leaving everything on the counter and walking out. And honestly, if they weren't all Christmas presents, I absolutely would have. If I decide to shop at this location any time soon I'm just going to let people ahead of me in line so I do not have to check out with her again. read more

This store is often dirty and the bathrooms are as well. The blonde woman with very short spiked hair, I believe some form of manager, is also frequently temperamental and difficult to deal with. I've returned items to this store two times- twice- and each time she acts as if she's not going to return the items. Even with a receipt and tags. Why is this even an issue? It makes me uncomfortable each time. So I'll just shop at a different TJ Maxx and avoid her annoying personality entirely. read more

Good place to find deals on name brand items. Myself and family shop here often and have made many purchases from this location. As a guy i would like to see a larger selection of men's clothing. The men's section is very small, however still do fine close here every now and then. read more

I have had a long term love affair with TJ Max for years. Every TJ Max I have every been to, and I have been to a lot, has been a treasure trove of bargains, eclectic assortments of goodies from furniture, food, clothes and almost anything you can imagine. Great designer clothes in perfect condition are interspersed with typically dull and boring off brands. It just takes sorting through the racks but that's a big part of the TJ Max adventure. A vertible Disneyworld for committed shoppers of all ages. But, this Palm Coast TJ Max seemed out of character. I was alarmed. The thing that bothered me the most was that the usually perky TJ Max staff in other locations, here, looked and acted sooooo serious. I got the feeling that something was amiss. At first, I naturally assumed that the store was operated poorly and attributed it to poor management. But since I am obsessed with the bargains at TJ Max and go to this place way too much, I resolved to get to the bottom of this mystery. I finally figured out the obvious. This store is the BUSIEST TJ Maxx, I have ever shopped in. It is an actual fact that if you go here two days in a row, there will be so many new items for sale it is mind boggling. I don't know why they even bother putting a price tag on some of these things, because the prices are so low, they are virtually giving them away. Like a Polo sweater for $10. And once a week they have a 10% discount on top of that. Even more amazing, the new things they get in are even better than the last batch. The staff are amazingly focused on their job which is to handle the extraordinary volume of shoppers that are in here constantly, so indeed they are serious retailers and not malcontents. Now that I have figured out the problem, I have also figured out the solution. They really need to enlarge the store, BIG TIME.There is a Target in the same shopping center and in my humble opinion, TJ Max should take over that location, hire more people and let us devotees roam the aisles at a leisurely pace. Thus... I must give this store only 4 stars. I am sad that it cannot be 5 stars but it really is way too crowded and spoils my fun. Also, the shoe selection is dismal but that seems to be a problem in all the TJ Max stores I have ever been to. Please TJ Max, consider getting a larger space for Palm Coast. I promise not to break up with you even if you don't.... but it sure would be great if you granted my wish. read more

This store has some really, really cute things for the home. I mostly buy home decor, beauty items and kitchen things here. I shop here about 1-2 times a week. When I 1st moved here, I used to spend money on clothing at Tj Maxx until I finally visited a very similar store just a few doors down from Tj Maxx that had very similar clothing for a far less price. Now, I never buy clothes here because the prices are too high for my liking but I do prefer their home goods over the other store. The very small area in this store that they call the "Clearance" area does not even come close to anything that resembles a "Clearance" price, though. They might possibly get away with saying that those hideous items are "On sale" but calling those very high priced items "Clearance" is definitely not what one would expect to pay and I don't think that many would even want those particular "Clearance" items anyway. Perhaps they should just do away with that so called "Clearance" area. Very friendly staff and lovely home items are what keep me coming back here. read more
