I was buying some clothing when the phone rang and the woman working answered it "hello?". I think that is very unprofessional.

I had a gift certificate to use here, so I experienced it for the first time. When you walk in, it's got a LOT of space, but not TONS of product. It almost looks bare. They seem to be the type to put just one of each size out to make you feel like you're getting the LAST ONE. I am super sensitive to scents due to migraines, and it was very aromatic in there. So if strong smells are a trigger for you, I'd avoid it. The price points seem to be $60-$115 from the items I loved. Even the clearance rack was still $50-$80 for things. But the issue I had, was that there were VERY limited items for anyone over XL. I'm an XL, but if something fits snug, I'll size up, but that isn't an option here. None of the items I tried on, worked for me, and they don't have a large selection of smaller accessories or other items I could spend my gift certificate on, so I left with nothing and still have $50 to spend at some point.

They change their inventory up a lot, and the store and fitting rooms are always clean. They'll put you on a list if there's something you like and let you know when it comes in. I get a lot of compliments on things I've purchased there. They do Facebook lives to show how to style new items, and have an app you can order from and free shipping to store. The prices are more like that of a boutique than a chain department store, but it's worth it for me to find things that aren't everywhere. My only caution would be that I don't think they carry a lot of petite or plus sizes if that's what you need.

I didn't have time to dig through their product, but it was easy to see the gently-used items for sale were carefully curated. I work for an Optometry office and I needed more stands to display our glasses. I saw that Sunny & Olive had them for sale on Facebook Marketplace. When I walked in, my eyes immediately found the designer bags. I am a Coach bag lover and they had a few great pieces with very few signs of having been used. This place could have easily been a boutique. The clothes look brand new. I also loved how the space felt more like a giant walk-in closet. Really, the way everything is displayed is well-organized. I also love how there were little last-minute knickknacks for purchase up by the register. If there were ever a good time to show your support for small business, you really should make the trip to check this place out. Like I said, I was pressed for time, but I wanted to make the drive and use the time to sort the rest of my day. There are a couple other shops in the area so you can make an afternoon of exploring the charming downtown Milton. I'm glad that I made the trip!
