Sadly now it is a place that has no direction anymore and management is non existent that's for sure. I took up a part time job with the mall and the things I found out were no shocking but were at the same time. Bad financial choices over and over again from what I could gather from but at what point do you learn... apparently there old manager spent 8 grand on candy for an event and had to give all of it away. Like what are we doing really. Anyways don't expect the bathrooms to improve or anything because there is no budget or whoever makes the big decisions won't out the funding into it anymore but then why not be done all together right? Just had to share my insight and the hard truth. Hope to see the mall make strides foreword to improve but hopes are low.

I am usually a very private person, but this needs to be shared. Here is my post: I was having second thoughts of going again this year, (Easter Egg Hunt Event) because last year was a disaster! I mean, they did take our feedback which was nice, but still, a kid went missing, the cops were called, there were no eggs for mine and my friends kids. There was no separation of ages, NO ONE was watching the kids in the bouncy house, it was so unorganized, two of my girlfriend's kids got hurt. Kids knocking over other kids, It was horrible. I honestly had no idea who was running this shit show. All these factors weighed on my decision. HOWEVER, now I was told who the dj that will be there....For a business that says they are all about the La Crosse community and love our city, is picking a guy who has done nothing but vandilze and puke on our city. It's a disgrace, even outside the mall! So I really don't think we are attending and lot of other parents feel the same way. Good luck with your event, so heads up to valley view mall I know your trying to get this back to it's life like in the 80s and 90s.

I pulled up and parked in front of the bay. Walked inside, surprise, it's just part of a normal Walmart store, but there's a little waiting room! Shortly after I had a seat Teal came around to ask which oil change I wanted? I told her a standard for $26.99....then...you know what, do the $48.99 synthetic. Teal then said they didn't have the items for the $48.99 service so I opted for the mid grade synthetic at $58.99. From the time I pulled up to the bay until the time I pulled away after paying. was a little under 45 minutes. I liked that the waiting room had a window out to the bay, a little fun. I also signed up for the texts for progress. Thanks Walmart Auto Center.

One day the app will state that a delivery will be delivered today, never arrived or plants I ordered show up as dead. It will never be better than Amazon. Perhaps Walmart wanted a haphazardly built website, because they do not care about products, other than groceries. Or, I am in an area ( Wisconsin) that does not support on-time delivery or great customer service. Everyone appreciates great customer service. I called my local Walmart, absolutely zero help. I was told I needed to contact the seller?? Isn't that your job, sir. Silence on the other end of this call. Hopeless. And frustrated. Nobody needs this! Low prices and great customer service and support, that is what is the standard of online marketing. Get with the program Walmart!

Thankfully this isn't the closest store or only store in the area... there is one cashier, I know…read moretheir name because they do wear a name tag but sheeesh... I don't know if I was once rude or what, I don't recall ever doing anything impolite but... A few weeks ago the transaction was complete but I stood there because I did want to ask for a receipt for this purchase...but while still bagging my items he began talking to the customer behind me....how they worked nearby. I went back in a few days ago.... same cashier...ugh.... sure enough just short and rude. Talk about ruining a shopping experience. Sorry if I was ever rude but...not the end of the world, I'll shop at one of the other stores.

The clerk/manager heard me talking to my wife and constantly interrupting my conversation with a snide tone in the next row. He commented "We NEVER had good headphones for $1". They were charging $8-10. I replied, "I DIDN'T say I wanted headphones, I told my wife the price of a power cable that I wanted initially". What upset me most, was not just the employee in the next aisle over, but that there was NO signage on the door, main windows, or signage. The only hint was the new price sticker that I just overlooked. That annoying employee said again over the aisle this started October 18th to Dollar Plus. Felt like a bait and switch and now same as dollar general and others. others in the store also were surprised that the price tag was so. Lots of things left at register. Felt completely deceptive.
