I was trying to find the email when a male worker took me to the section of where the brand I was looking for was. Admittedly, I am a little unfamiliar with green ladys deals, so I mentioned that I was there for a specific deal and they took me to a section I wasn't looking for. And when I corrected which section I wanted, they proceeded to mansplain to me how everything works when I am a pretty regular smoker. The whole interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I am for sure hesitant to even return to this location if that's how they treat their customers. it left me feeling flustered, stupid, and belittled. I would not recommend this location for new smokers, or those that are presenting more feminine until this behavior changes

If you can get in before their odd closing window however, it is worth noting that this place is not handicap accessible, and the gentleman who runs the store will shut the door in your face if he sees you come toward the door with assistive walking devices (walkers/wheelchairs) and watch you struggle with the ding-dang door yourself. They were also caught price gouging during the pandemic and selling non sterile single masks for for $7 a piece as well as the small pocket hand sanitizers for about $8. The two stars I give are for the younger employees who are actually polite to customers and just wanna do their jobs and earn their living.
