Telling me "X will be in next week" and then (same staffer the next week) "we never carried that, we're not in charge of what we stock" is not a way to build a loyal customer base. read more

The store is small but it carries good products. Because its a small store the products move quickly from the shelves. Today when I went to the Chehalis store, it was moderately busy. They have a couple new employees and a manager I assume that is very very disrespectful and honestly treated her employees very very poorly. Speaking very loudly and telling them if they didn't realize how to do the job they wouldn't have one. She criticized them and belittled them in front of a full store. As I was leaving the store a gentleman had asked to speak to her outside, he also noticed how they were being treated. She shrugged him off with a horrible attitude. I went to visit my sister and she brought me to this dispensary. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed and will never go back. I am from Portland Oregon and was shocked at how much tax I paid on my products. The customer service was all about the sale and nothing personal at all which I found completely unprofessional especially when I work for a company that is all about customer service. I would not recommend this place to any cancer patient or anyone who is expecting to get excellent products. I got their strawberry sour which wasn't strong at all and felt like it was Hydro and lasted about 20 minutes. I also bought edibles which did not taste good at all. Being a cancer patient with ovarian cyst and endometriosis I actually need medicine to be beneficial and not pseudo. This store is also cash only and it would have been helpful if there was a sign that said that. read more

My ankle has been horribly swollen for months, I've tried everything my doctor and the internet has suggested to no avail. CBD was recommended to me and at this point I was ready to try anything. I told the young red headed man this (he seemed disinterested) and asked if he could tell me anything about his cbd products. Short of cutting me off he curtly went on to tell me that he isn't a doctor and cannot give me medical advice or they could face legal issues. Something that i clearly was not what I was asking him. I kindly started to rephrase my question and he cut me off to give me the same curt answer. I asked him who I could speak to about his products and he curtly said, "a doctor". At this point he hasn't even mentioned a product, not even what the packaging description says or info that could be found online. Lastly I kindly asked him if there was ANYTHING he could tell me about their products and he bluntly said "no". And that was the end of the conversation. His tone was rude and condescending. We continued down the line and he asked if there was anything else he could "help" us out with other than the cream. My bf responded "I will let you know" hoping he would get the hint and someone else would assist us. He continued to address him in a cocky tone. My bf did then curse at him under his breath, he was still fuming about how he had treated me. The employee then LEANED over the glass (my bf was on his knees looking in the case) and aggressively asked what he had said, and my bf repeated himself. Obviously at this point neither of us expected to make a purchase after that kind of language. He yelled at us that we can leave, which we were already quietly walking out. He continued to yell at us as we walked out in front of a max capacity filled store. We then went to 420 Grand Central. I asked their employee the same question and was treated so wonderfully. This place is alright. The more I go in there the more I like it but it's fairly small and therefore limited options. There's a few glass pipes and accessories and then some flower, pre rolls, edibles, and concentrates. There's no reward program which is a major reason I go to other dispensaries. read more
