Just finished my second 5 star experience! Deluxe pedicure is $50 and includes your choice of scented products, extra massage, salt scrum and a nice pedicure. Plenty of polish colors to choose from for natural, drip, shellac, acrylic. I fancy natural and this is one place that did NOT ask five times if I wanted shellac. Called ahead and got in within 2 hours. Appears they have a full bar, too. Clean environment. They cover pedicure bowls and pull sterile tools. read more

So, an update to my previous review. I eventually went in for the head spa treatment. Overall it was pretty good but I was left to comb out the knots in my hair all by myself. It was near impossible with the comb they left with me. The girl kind of left before I was even ready to leave. I like TK! They're a little pricier, but I really like the atmosphere there. The staff is super friendly & chatty, unlike most nail salons. They are usually quite busy so I wouldn't try a walk-in. I've always been satisfied at TK & would recommend it!! read more

I needed service for a FULL SET. Before coming my nails were terribly short. I was nervous that my nails couldn't be done. I stopped to get a fill and polish on my nails because I couldn't get in with my regular nail tech. I walked out of there with the nubs for nails. She filed my nails so short. they looked ridiculous and crooked. I will never go back! read more

I have been looking for a nail salon who does great dip manicures and boy did I find the place! I am very picky with my dip of not having it too thick and TK knows what they're doing. Updated Review: not such a huge fan anymore. After spending a few hundred dollars here in just a month they have lost my business. The first time I went I must have gotten lucky and the gal did a really great job, fast and efficient and a high quality shellac. The next time I brought my son for pedicures and my toes came out great but his looked pretty crummy, I didn't think much because he's only 4 BUT I did pay upwards of $25 for his mini pedicure AND I paid full price for my pedicure despite the fact that they only polished my toes and did not give any massage because I couldn't roll up my pant cuffs enough for them to do the massage. I left feeling a bit used and sure that I'd overpaid but i still didn't write them off. I figured maybe they are only good at one thing so I'll stick to that. I was wrong. I went back in to get my nails shellac once they had grown out because I had them for nearly a month and not a single chip or issue...they were fantastic and I need my nails to look good for work so I figured I'd invest in keeping them very nice despite the expense. Well the second time was a bit of a nightmare. The gal who did my nails talked NON-STOP and I wasn't interested in talking, I barely spoke back to her but she never got the hint and on top of that she was complaining about her past costumers and it made me really uncomfortable. She also took forever, nearly 2 hours just for a shellac manicure. I kept letting her know that I had an appointment but she just kept talking and not focusing. She was very condescending to me several times as well and I don't think she actually painted my nails with the color I chose, I say "I don't think" because she painted then so thin that you could actually see through the color, she completely ignored the looks on my face that plainly said "this is not a good job." Again, I decided to give it a chance because I wanted to trust that she knew what she was doing so I have it the benefit of the doubt. Then i asked her a question about what they keep on file for when we log in and she wasn't nice about it, she went on and on about how ridiculous it would be to think they keep track of the nail colors we have used. I've seen this at many nail salons but it wasn't enough for her to say something like "I wish we could do that but unfortunately we don't yet." Instead she left me feeling deflated. That visit felt like torture to me, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. But then my nails started chipping within a few days and I couldn't bare to have spent $40 on basis that didn't last even a week. So one nail I filed down myself to remove the chipped part of the mail but the other one I couldn't fix so I went in and requested someone else to fix it and, of course, we couldn't find the same color and none of the samples matched up because she painted them too thin and the color didn't look like it was supposed to so we picked something "close enough" and she fixed the one nail but within a day or so another one has chipped and they've been chipping ever since. My nails look terrible. I don't have a job that's hard on my nails, I'm basically a banker, shuffling paper and light use. I reached out to see if they would fix them but can't get a response so here we are. On top of everything, I was late to my appointment that evening despite the fact that I went in to get my nails done with 2.5 hours to spare. I'm (not) a huge fan of TK. I thought they did beautiful work and top notch customer service but you need to be a bit more consistent than 1 for 4. You have lost my business. read more

Took an hour and 40 minutes to get a mani and pedi. There's streaks in the polish on both my fingers and toes. Very unfriendly atmosphere. The owner, at least that's what I'm assuming she was, came in and started yelling at the staff to talk more and make conversation so it didn't make her look bad?! Way over priced. The only redeeming factor was that the place was fairly clean...with Christmas decorations in July. read more
