Would not recommend. Last time I went in two of the nail techs were arguing over who got a client when one of them was busy and the other was free. They kept arguing in a dead silent room in front of many clients, and a lady even stood up and left and said she wouldn't be coming back. Not only did this happen but someone I went with wanted a shellac french, with her natural nails and she was pressured to get acrylics on majority of her nails. I was looking to do the same and they kept pressuring me to do dip even though I said no multiple times. I've never thought of this place as welcoming but my friend prefers this place over nicer ones. Will not be returning after this experience though. My friend's manicure was so slowly done that I got my manicure and pedicure before she was even remotely done with her manicure. Will NEVER return here. read more

Upon entry I was greeted, offered a beverage, and asked to wash my hands. Sat down at a station and discussed my manicure service with Anna. Anna was courteous and kind. Gave me a natural manicure in under 45 mins - I needed a cut down and shaping. She pulled the tools from a uv-light box and was very careful. She brought a massive number of color choices. 4 coats of polish - base coat, 2 color and a top coat. After a short conversation, she transferred me to a drying station which had a bowl of chips and suckers. Excellent service in a clean salon! read more

Do not make an appointment. I arrived early and didn't mind waiting until my appointment time or a little after. During the hour that I waited, at least 10 walk ins arrived and were seen. The technician said 5 more minutes. I said ok. Then another lady arrived for the same technician to be seen at an appointment time 30 minutes after my appointment time. I had an 11:30 and she had a 12:00pm with the same tech. The manager never asked me if I wanted to see someone else or try to accommodate in any way. It was horrible to sit there for an hour while walk ins were seen. They should have at least asked if I would see another technician. 20 minutes later I told the lady for the appointment time after me that she can have my spot. I walked out. It is frustrating that they book appointments so close together and prioritize the walk ins over customers waiting for an appointment. If I would have said that I would only see a particular person, I would have understood the wait. I should have at least been asked. I will not be returning to this nail salon. read more

To start, I booked a pedicure at 11 am on a sunday morning. I arrived at 11:02, and there was NO staff ready to provide my service. They sat me down in the chairs, where I waited for 30 minutes for them to even start my pedicure. My appointment was listed and booked as a a regular pedicure, costing 35 dollars. They even asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted, which i responded with basic. At checkout they rung it up as a deluxe pedicure costing 45 dollars before tip. I have been here twice, first time was for a full set of nails and a pedicure and they did a good job, I do wish they hadn't rushed so much because I am there to relax but the service itself was done very well. Don't bother making an "appointment". They don't turn away any walk-ins, so you will end up being made to wait even well past your "appointment time". Very, very poor customer service, trying to do too many people, and as a result serving not serving anyone well. Back story: I have been multiple times, it's close to my house. Always had positive experiences until today. No complaint on the actual wok, or cleanliness. Just terrible customer service. I tried to go early in the am, but it was busy, I couldn't even park in the parking lot. I decided to call and make an appointment for two hours later in the day. I stalled, and came back later. I was 5 min early to my appointment. It's still very very busy. I stand and linger in the lobby. The woman asks me to check in, I do, but mention I have an appointment. She says ok, but she is busy, and is only half paying attention. I don't get asked to sit. Others clients start stacking up in the already full lobby with me. A woman, with a party of 4 also comes in. We are all just standing crowded abd waiting, talking. We discover all 5 of us have an appointment for the exact same time. Then a woman and two daughters comes in, the three of them have an appointment for 15 min after the 5 of us. That's 8 people, who have appointments within 15 min of each other. Meanwhile, all the workers are already busy with other clients. We are all standing waiting in the lobby for 15+ min. Just waiting. I look around the salon and see at least 6 clients sitting at various stations not being attended. Some sitting waiting for pedicures, feet in the water, but no one working on them. They are also just waiting for someone to help them. They are likely going to be served before I am. I tried to talk to the manager, she dismissed my concern, said they would get to me "soon". But she had no place to seat me, and she dismissed my mention of a appointment. I am left to again again just stand in the crowded lobby. After 20 min or so I just left. They didn't even notice. I doubt they cared. Final thought: I understand they were busy! But if you offer "appointments" you should stand by the time you tell someone. If you cannnot honor appointments, just say "walk in only" and not commit to a time. I had already waited two hours in my car. I should have just walked in and waited in line, I probably would have been treated better. read more

Every time I make an appt I have to wait. Today I waited 40 minutes until i was seen.

Let's start with the quality of the services, I got a mani/pedi and the nail file, buff and cuticle trimmers were all used, many times and removed from a tool box. They were not new, clean or sterilized. I feel that the quality of the service is low and it's a factory of very quickly moving people in and out. The men do not do a great job and most of the other manicurists seem to pick and choose who they want to provide services to. If you don't really care about clean tools and a quality service this is the place for you. There is no consistency in service whether you make an appointment or not. It is like a factory of manicures and pedicures. Table stations and pedicure chairs full of people, one after the other. This was on a Sunday around 3:00 pm (Which is a big advantage for the customers). A senior man did the manicure. He took tools from here and there, from a drawer or a shelf, or a plastic toolbox, the bottom line is I didn't see the tools coming from a clean bag, that usually is used in other salons when they are sterilized. To handle the number of customers, they must have dozens of toolsets. Just be careful, ask to see the tools before they start. Same with the gloves they use... My pedicure was not great, no massage, it was more like rubbing the products from some special add-on. When paying, I noticed 3 individual licenses issued by the Health Department, hanging on the wall. Where are the dozen or more from each employee? I had acrylics previously from another salon, and they did a bad job, so I wanted this salon to remove them. The lady talked about how bad of a job the other salon did so I thought she would fix the issue. To remove my acrylics, she clipped the tops and then RIPPED MY ACRYLICS OFF with a nail tip and her fingers. My nail beds were genuinely bleeding and flaking into pieces. I didn't realized how poorly she would remove my acrylics, so I requested just a gel polish over my natural nails, but now I'm actually concerned my nails are going to get infected.
