The most I recall waiting was 10 min after my appt time, but that was a one off as most time I get called to the back within a few minute after being checked in. When being recommended treatment, I get well informed on the problem areas which they can see through visual inspections as well as their high tech equipment. This past year I also moved forward with Aligners that were recommend and it's been the best decision made.
