Unprofessional…read more The receptionist "probably the dentist wife" was watching a foreign tv episode on her phone super loud. I was not greeted. The office is outdated with old equipments and tools. There was rust on the dental tool plate and everything did not look throughly cleaned and sanitized. The Dentist was dry, not friendly or almost as if he didn't even want to be there in the first place, like he hates his job. I explained about a toothache and the dentist looked at it and said we'll see if you can get enough money from your insurance. He left me there with no other directions. I went to the front desk and stood there like a clueless fool. They didn't give me any information or follow up appointments. I was in shock by the dentist statement about my private insurance and the lack of professionalism from the staff. It's been a month and I still haven't got a call back for any information, they definitely not care for their clients. I'm surprised by how long they've been in business, however I can guarantee they are NOT getting my and family/friends business. This is a small town and word spreads easily. Please do better if you're going to choose a career that requires bedside manner and healthcare of other humans. Just terrible. *updated: 11/13/24 @ 11:27am The owner was quick to respond to my review yet I never got a call about any follow up appointments after they took my insurance information. Yes, I was a new patient for a consult there a month of go that's why I'm writing this review to warn another potential patients of your bad service. To the owner; if you were as quick and concerned of your patients well-being, as you are of the reviews, maybe you wouldn't be getting bad reviews. Bye!

Called the office today (Friday) at 11:15am requesting an ASAP appointment for dental pain. Dr. Sandhu and his wife were able to schedule us for 1pm. My husband hates going to the Dentist, but swears that this was the best experience he has ever had. Said the lidocaine injections didn't hurt one bit. And his procedure, which was left quadrant deep cleaning was completely tolerable. Wish I could say it was painless but I don't think those are ever gonna be painless for him. I can say that he will definitely be back. We found our new family dentist. Thank you Sunshine Dental!

Not only was I scared but other places had me wait for months. Surprisingly this clinic was able to get me an appointment the same month they examined my teeth! Exactly a week from getting my approved call! If I knew how easy and painless this procedure was, I would've done it ages ago! I even had horizontal impactions. Because of this I had to be fully sedated. Super fast and comfortable. Alll I remember is laying down, and waking up and it was all finished! I love that they stitched up the sockets further decreasing the chances of me getting dry socket as well! They answered all my questions and provided me with all the medications I need for a speedy recovery! Today is day 2! All the horror stories from everyone (cracking and pulling and pain) didn't apply here. When he was done, I literally couldn't believe he had pulled four teeth out of my mouth. And I just had the injection.... Unbelievable! The Doctor even called me as a courtesy follow-up to see how I was doing. questions after the procedure. Great place great Doctor.
