The last thing is one time I went in for treatment, they did not put any protective paper on face part of the table. I asked for it and they placed it afterwards. I also did not see them wiping down the table with any sanitizer after it was used by a previous patient. Maybe I just missed it. If a business has a tipping policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers before the service begins not after the fact.
