She fell in love with this gym and the great people there and has been attending ever since. I have taken a few classes and attended their special events. When she started leading a KB/TRX workout on Monday nights in November I have begun attending weekly or twice weekly. This is really a nice gym, clean, organized and everyone is friendly. The classes are not crowded and you receive individulized instruction and positive encouragement during each class. They offer more than just KB and TRX and host lots of great events. When this 1st coach was done with him, he turned him over to an Indian kid, who was 3 times as big as my 10 1/2 yr old grandson to allow him to work him over. This place needs to be shut down and I am the one that is going to do it. My grandson already has PTSD and I am sure this had made it worse. Please do not take your kids there to be assaulted and abused by this coach.
