    She is great, I just couldn't work with her schedule because I have 5 kids and I have to many…read moreplaces to be. But the work out we did was great and I still do them at home when I have time. Her prices are reasonable and I admire how much she really cares about her clients . She is a gem. Maybe when all my kids are in school I will reach out again. Also, disappointing yelp hides all her 5 star reviews. I like the different fitness classes that are provided (kick boxing, strength training, cardio, yoga, breath work) along with occasional community hikes. The owner is incredibly kind and encouraging as well as all of the trainers. There is one-on-one membership but I chose the group membership because I like working out with other people. My membership comes with a nutritionist that helps with ideas and tools to eat healthier and something that actually fits me. It's not just a cookie cutter diet meal plan. We meet once a month to check in and talk about small term goals, how I can show up for myself to be successful and how I can achieve my long term goals too. At the end of each session I get a report of our check in notes on what we talked about. I like that because I can refer back to what was discussed. The nutritionist also takes pictures, measures and weighs me every month. There is an app the nutritionist uploads the monthly progress information and pictures onto so I can track my progress as well. The gym is on the smaller side but just as effective. For me, it has everything you need to get a good work out because it has a lot of good quality machines. It's not like a regular commercial gym where you can walk in at anytime to workout because there are scheduled classes. They have an app where you can sign up for the different classes you want to train and keep track of what classes are available.

    Hard to put into words what is special about this private gym. Truly it is unlike any other. And…read morewhile I feel stronger than I started 6 months ago, there isn't any change in my BMI. With that being said, this gym asks more of you than will be asked of you--- maybe ever. Be prepared to go 5-6x a week. Be prepared for your legit excuses to get squashed. Be prepared to be uncomfortable but still learn something about yourself that you didn't know before (even though you think you know yourself pretty well to begin with) I credit this gym to inspiring me to get my business cards finished. I know that sounds unrelated, but fitness & business is actually connected. Also, I have been motivated to do my taxes because there is an expression I learned here: Embrace the suck. And it applies to all the things you don't want to do, and yet you will feel better and stronger once you do it. There is a community feel here. Maybe the most I encountered on the floor was 10 people. Truly a dream come true when you don't want a crowded gym. Trainer knew how to modify exercises for my injuries. If you feel called to join, you should, trust your gut. My experience is just that. Whoever reads this will have a different mindset, attitude and life lived experience.

I decided last year that I had to do something about my weight. I got up to nearly 350 pounds by the time I decided to act. After seeking medical help with the initial weight loss, I had to do something to eliminate the fat I couldn't lose with diet alone and I wanted to become more healthy as well. I found Arman on Yelp and after a short conversation, I decided to engage his services. I was immediately put at ease with his personal approach. I think Arman recognized that I was not anywhere near my comfort area so he took the time to fully explain the process, and made sure that I was satisfied with how we would proceed, answering any questions that had before we began. Arman explained that we would be engaged in a combination of weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and regular swimming, explaining the purpose of each. He also modified my nutritional targets, providing a guideline for calorie goals, and maximum intake of carbohydrates and various sugars. I'm nearly complete with my third month. I broke through the weight loss wall I reached with diet alone, losing nearly 20 pounds in these three months. But more importantly I feel better. People notice the difference when they see me and what's more, I've noticed.

I joined 2 years ago at my heaviest 155 and didn't even know how to do a simple squat. I lived a very sedentary lifestyle before I joined the Camp. I've met so many nice and friendly members who have become some of my closest friends. The coaches are really good and encouraging. They make every member feel welcome. I look forward to coming to the camp every evening to see my friends and exercise with some of the best /knowledgeable trainers ie . Amy, Marc , Derek and Jose . I love them all .. their Black Friday sale is great and I took that opportunity to sign up and pay for the whole year. I hear people say it's expensive this and expensive that but to me it's not at all. Not because i think I can afford it but I think my health is way more important than a little money that I can make if I'm still healthy . Since I started two years ago here I have improved my health by losing weight and getting my sugar level to go back to normal . I don't just feel healthy physically but also mentally too. I feel relax and stress free every time I enter and leave the camp. I love all the trainers but especially Amy because she's so funny and puts everyone at ease but yet she will kick your butt. But remember we all go at our own pace . Trainers are always reminding us to modify if we need to. only thing I would hope is that they can add a Sunday morning class because I do like to go everyday .
