We chose Rockwell/Chic at the recommendation of our contractor, as this was their preferred cabinet provider. This proved to be a mistake, as Liane Rockwell was more interested in satisfying her sense of design than meeting our needs within the space available. Our contractor needed to intervene to get the design changes we needed. Then the design mistakes showed up with the cabinets. Drawers would not fit under bathroom sinks and had to be remade, the kitchen appliance garage was missing the internal box and shelves, and the storage cabinet for our laundry room was delivered without anything to support the internal shelves and it was 2 inches shorter than needed, preventing the installation of the adjacent cabinets flush to the ceiling as desired. The Liane's response was, "Those things happen", and she refused to correct the situation. Leaving our contractor to deal with the cabinet manufacturer.

Deann Renovated the kitchen, laundry, living rooms and all bathrooms to a spectacular finish. She also furnished much of the home, including lamps and accessories and the result was stunning. We moved to Arizona shortly after and the GH house sold before it ever hit the market. Just one call to a Realto ,and we had an offer the same day! We also hired Deann to Refresh a home in Bend Oregon. After trying a Design firm in Bend we called Deann to clean up the design direction and in two days she had all of the finishes selected to move forward with our remodel. After months with the other firm spinning their wheels it was such a relief to have her create a clear path forward. She selected all of our tile, lighting, paint colors, flooring and told us to keep our existing kitchen cabinets. AS I PULL UP, a woman looks outside and sees me (and this is a relatively empty stretch, so I am the only car out here next to hers) and flips the sign to "Closed" and pulls down the blinds. She doesn't even motion for me to come in if I want or any of that, just "Too bad, you're out of luck". So, unless you are coming right in the middle of their open hours, I would highly recommend calling ahead to make sure they'll be open.
