I had two unhealthy 25' Chanticleer Pear trees removed from a front island bed containing other plantings (that I preferred to keep), three "dead" 25' white birch trees removed that were also in a bedding with plantings (again I wanted to keep plantings, if possible), one trunk of a multi-trunked 35' River Birch removed and tree trimmed away from roofline, and another 40' River Birch tree trimmed up and off roofline that also shade several Rhododendrons. All stumps (5) were ground. They were quick to respond with a fair estimate (thank you, Jon), scheduled work around my availability, and showed up exactly as planned. The crew were friendly, as always, and responded to all of my concerns, and even to things that I didn't know I should be concerned about. I'm surprised at any negative comments, since my experience has been so drastically different. Qualitree makes the utmost effort to make as little damage as possible, and make every effort to clean up, as much as possible. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and the "aftermath".
