I contacted him and he had one of his people (Zack) come out and inspect the damage the same day. Not only did the roof need to be replaced but the deck, apartment fence, window surroundings, gutters and downspouts and window screens also had hail damage. He suggested I file a claim with the insurance company which I did. The adjuster called me and said he would inspect the damage the next day AND that he could do it all by himself. I contacted Charles who told me that's how they do lowball offers and that he would have Zack meet with him (on a Sunday morning) and Zack pointed out all the damage. We filed the claim with the insurance company and they approved most of it which allowed Charles and his team to get started. Charles then filed supplemental claims to get most of the additional items approved and paid for. His team did an excellent job of removing and replacing the roof, gutters, and downspouts. He hired additional subcontractors to power wash the deck and fence, make minor repairs, and restain and repaint them to where they look new. The windows and screens were also fixed professionally. All work was completed within a few weeks and well before our closing date on the house sale. The roof also comes with a transferable 10 year labor warranty and 30 year impact resistant shingle warranty. I don't even remember how I ended up with Noakes but they were nothing less than the BEST. I hooked up with Russ and cannot say enough positive about him, Dan, and Noakes. They are professional, respond to questions, and do what they say they are going to do. I am not sure what to really say other than they are great! I have gone back and submitted reviews of everyone who worked on our house and some were not so fun to write and were pages long of not positive feedback.
