I took them back and was told that the seamstress cut off too much. They offered to fix. When I returned they were still too short with very little hem. They only offered to return the 12$ that cost to hem, nothing for the pants they ruined. Even after they admitted they cut too much and she has new employees she is training.

When I dropped them off, she had me put them on and measured length. Then gave me ticket and that was it. On phone, on drop-off, and on pick-up she was very friendly and professional. My pants seem fine and look good. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else.
