The drywall in the basement bedroom was replaced from water flooding. They Replaced a big window in the front of the house. They are on top of it all! David & Jeremy check on progress of the project and if something goes wrong they quickly can activate resources to remedy any issue. After discovering the flooded bedroom they quickly contacted a company to come out and remove the water and dry it up with industrial fans/equipment. They were timely working their butts off to get the job done. They were professional and cost-effective. I previously called other companies and did not get responses or made promises they didn't deliver. They were off the estimate by +$1,000 for just the counter and because of the measurement error, the first company did not have a slab to fit our project- talk about stressful. I texted Walter and explained i needed the license number, was stalled due to he had to leave town for a funeral but would be back in two days. I texted him again, he said he was back but never received anymore info from him. He may have cost me a grant from the VA to help fund my bathroom remodel because of my disability. Once he gave me the estimate I requested the paperwork from the VA and I had explained that started the 30 day clock to receive the funds from the VA. Now i can't find a contractor to be able to do the job in the remaining time. So I will have lost my chance at the grant to help. I would never recommend Walter or The Building Company to anyone especially to Veterans looking for a remodel for their disability.
