Didn't bother to lay down plastic or drop cloths - marking my carpeting and lastly damaged a piece of fine furniture by not lifting it correctly. Oh, did I forget about the gouge in it by teeter-tottering back n forth over a curb..until I told them to put wood down for a ramp for ease of moving. They were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when re-assembling our bed, which was missing some screws (a lot of them, actually). Apparently, previous movers had lost some of the screws and didn't tell us. Our New Path movers replaced the screws and made the bed solid again. They also volunteered to move in some things we had brought to the new apartment in our own vehicle. We couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend these guys. There was supposed to be an extra pick up at another site, but the company "forgot" about this pre arrangement and didn't have the truck for the pick up so it had to be scheduled for an additional day. It has now been over 2 months and I have not been paid for my items that were auctioned off. I also have not been reimbursed for the equipment for the adjustable bed. For being a licensed and insured company, the owner told me she did not want to file a claim with her insurance company and told me the parts were too expensive and I should check getting the parts from Facebook or Ebay. What a joke! I have been emailing and attempting to contact KTK services multiple times over these past 2 months and my calls and emails are not being answered or addressed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to initiate next steps and follow through with the police if recommended. This is now theft at this point. There needs to be an option of less than 1 star for cases such as this.

All I could find were different van lines and broker options so I wasn't able to book directly. I ended up going with Colonial who outsourced the job to Mover Dudes. My experience with Colonial ended up being a pain in the ass. I don't recommend them. However, I'm thankful they sent Mover Dudes to transport my belongings. They sent two guys to pack up my belongings (1bedroom). They arrived on time and were very flexible with a lawn service taking up a large portion of the parking lot. The lead guy was super friendly and personable. The other guy opened up more at the end of the packing and also ended up being very friendly. When my items were delivered it was just one guy. He was also friendly and helpful when I was worried that my complex's trash wouldn't be picked up with his truck in the current location. He was so efficient for it only being him. He followed my instructions on where to leave things. I've unpacked just about every box- I'm impressed. Everything seems accounted for and nothing aside from a lamp shade has been damaged. The lamp shade is easy to just rotate to hide the damage, not a big deal. I'm confident that my belongings wouldn't have arrived in the same great condition if I had packed them myself. I will say that between the three guys there were a few COVID related precautions that I would have appreciated them taking from mask wearing to social distancing. I get it- it's hot and this is their day to day job so they are used to the risks, but I would have appreciated if they had been a little more cautious with that aspect of the job. I was very frustrated with Colonial not giving them an accurate invoice and me being required to pay for services that I didn't receive. I have to contact Colonial to get them to adjust the total before Mover Dudes will provide a refund. I wish they would have just taken care of the communication for me prior to accepting my payment. I'm waiting for a response from Colonial and am worried that the refund won't come. I hope it will. At least I don't have to shell out a bunch of cash for damaged or missing items!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company - I wasn't able…read moreto supervise the move so they didn't wrap some items at all - put unwrapped non replaceable items in boxes and the pieces were shattered and broken - they didn't wrap not dismantle Pilates reformer (very expensive item) and did not keep the pieces to it together leaving me to figure out how to order replacement parts - furniture was not wrapped therefore fabric was ruined - took down curtain rods but didn't keep pieces together so that'll be a nightmare to find and put things back together! They also didn't label the boxes that they did pack. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed I trusted them to treat me fairly and protect my items and they absolutely did NOT - I would not recommend at all.

The crew was stellar, very knowledgeable about prepping items and organizing/packing the moving truck. They did an amazing job and were super careful with our items.
