Always delightful, especially for people who are terrified of the dentist like me. They are always friendly, polite and outgoing, and easy to work with. Assistants are kind and patient and very welcoming. Office is clean and warm, lots to do to keep you busy even though you definitely do not wait in the waiting room for long at all. Prices are some of the best in the city which is insane because they do not skimp you on anything to be able to do that. Great for kids, they have a treasure box that you can get a prize from after you have been good at the dentist. Fun activity room for kids. Office just has a great vibe. They will do anything they can to make your visit the best. Dr. Sinclair is a funny guy, very charming and polite. He is very honest and will say things like "do you want to hear the bad news first, or the good news?", Super nice guy, always a pleasure to visit while I am there. I have to say that I am extremely impressed overall with this office, Dr. Freiberg is an amazingly caring man who makes you feel very comfortable from the beginning and is genuinely interested in you, your story and your health. You can see this man is dedicated to his quality work. The same goes for his staff, the outstanding Carol the office manager and everyone else that assists and coordinates. Sure, maybe I'm a bit scared when the hygienist doesn't quite know how to use the tools, and maybe it seems a bit weird that the dentist switches between patients (he keeps two going at a time, back to back behind a thin wall), but this place is fun! The hygienists play their iPods over the sound system and I have to laugh when I'm asked a question while my gums are poked or my mouth is held open. Overall it's an interesting place. The work that the dentist has done on me is good, it's just a little more casual of an atmosphere than I'm used to in a dentist's office.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!…read more Hard to believe that I can sit here and type such a comment as the above when only a week ago I had my mouth opened up for a 5th wisdom tooth (that had somehow gone unmentioned by my dentist over the past 21 years). I can only assume that the dentist assumed no harm no foul if she is not complaining about it. HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN OTHERWISE ? Well, fortunately for me Dr Shawn Higashi took me on an emergency referral and scheduled me for extraction within a month of that first visit where he said many things but the one that sticks in my head "that is one mother of a tooth". I went into the surgery a little nervous because I was concerned about pain but felt COMPLETELY CONFIDENT IN DR HIGASHI I was right !!! Amazing care and attention Dr Higashi and his Staff were AAA+ I was educated prior to my surgery, and checked on 3 separate times via phone calls to my home (husband) in the hours and days following. I couldn't have dreamed of a more comfortable surgical experience. SERIOUSLY!!!! I doubt I will ever see them again because I haven't any need to, but if I ever see or hear of anyone having oral healthcare issues,.... About a year ago our son had all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed by this doctor. Right after the surgery, my son still half groggy, I get informed that they ran out of wrap around cold compresses. They were sorry.... Well there we are trying to find a way to apply ice to my son's cheeks. This is BS. A fancy office, lousy service and to top it all off a ridiculous bill. We will be going to the BBB and file a report.
