Too many dogs in the complex which does not have much grassy areas. The grassy areas are full of poop, the entire complex is infested with flies. Dumpsters are always over flowing as well. Also my car was broken into 3 times while residing at Montclair. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else other than Montclair or Winter Ridge.
