The floors looked very nice at the time however over the winter season all the water from the slush & snow that the cars brought in collected right in front of the mudroom door which wasn't the case before!! called Jason back to see if they can do anything in June 2019 and he offered NO solution and did not honor any warranties. All I got were explanations and excuses for this happening And that there is no fix. I even offered to pay to fix it but he still wouldn't do anything about it so basically I have to live with this issue which did not exist before the floors were done!
