He arrived when he said he would, and within 5 minutes had the timer reprogrammed and instructed me how to set it. He went through each zone to verify all areas for maximum effectiveness of head arrangement and placement, noted heads that were not working and suggested angles and even capping heads that wasted water or realigning them. He calculated the cost of readjusting the system, replacing broken or misaligned heads, and gave me a very fair cost for maximizing my coverage and minimizing overwatering, and completed the work immediately not requiring me to schedule another day. I plan to have him return next year and give me a price and time estimate for putting a system in my back yard too. This fellow was logical, smart , efficient, and fair.
