Great job as always. This was my 3rd time to TLove. Not realizing I was walking in 5 mins prior to closing, I was seated and worked on for a few mins before I realized that most of the staff were cleaning the stations, sweeping up etc. When I realized they were closed I felt so bad but the girl working on my nails made me feel at ease. "No Problem" she kept saying. She never short cutted my service, never rushed it and in fact most of the rest of the staff were engaging me in conversation. I almost felt like one of the family. Then my girl noticed a pic on my phone screensaver (my daughter) recognizing that she too is a regular customer and told me she loves my daughter and how sweet she is when she comes in. So great. I will be a long time regular. read more

I don't know if the experience would have been different had I paid cash but I did ClassPass and felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Within 35 minutes they completed my mani pedi services and I was on my way. I can't even explain what was done for a manicure because it looked the exact same as before I came in. I will say that I didn't have her paint my nails but for $60 this is was not worth the trip. The woman who was running the show didn't make it seem like they appreciate business from ClassPass even though they advertise as one of their partners. read more

I'm still laughing at how terrible my manicure came out. Just look at the photo and it speaks for itself. If you're going to go here for a mani, I would try to avoid having Tina as your nail tech. All the photos on Yelp and Google show really beautiful and intricate nail art. I am so disappointed that my nails came out so bad and I couldn't even get some simple flowers. Got a mani/pedi. The pedi was great! The dip mani on the other hand was not. It took almost 2 hours, which is way too long for a simple dip mani. Despite me showing her the almond nail shape and the daisy flowers I wanted, I got a thick, blobby mess. She spent a lot of time filing, fixing mess ups, redoing the flowers. There was no point in me asking her to fix anything because it would just keep getting worse. PRICE - $30 for basic pedi with a massage. $45 for dip mani and extra $5 for fake nail tips. read more

I have never been a consistent nail person. I get them done for wedding or special occasions, and that's usually it. But this salon has completely converted me. I have been so impressed with the precision and skill of the techs. I have only gone to Tina and now Paul, and both have done my dip so well. They get it super thin and not lumpy like I've had in the past. Paul specifically was the most detail-oriented tech I've seen. I've been going to nail salons for years and when I moved to this area I struggled to find one I liked. This is my 3rd manicure at Tlove and Trish absolutely kills it! This is a dip manicure on my natural nails. I gave her an picture for inspiration and she was able to do an amazing job. My last dip manicure lasted over 3 weeks, no chips or nail breaks and no stones fell off. The service is good I actually feel taken care of here. Trish made us all Thai teas while I was getting my pedicure. I feel like now a days it's hard to find a nail shop that can actually do what you ask for or be honest if they can't. I also don't like my nails rushed because it is a luxury that I spend a lot of money on, and I don't feel rushed here. I can't wait to bring Trish more nail Ideas for her to do!! read more

I've gone here a couple of times either for a manicure or mani/pedi and booked with Trish because of other reviews and was not disappointed. I don't use gels/dips, etc. so am a pretty basic customer. But what's important to me is how a tech does my cuticles (they tend to be dry) and ensures uniform nail shape. She'll be off on maternity leave soon so will miss her calm, gentle demeanor. read more

Trish is wonderful! However, she canceled without notice or rescheduling and the quality of the other manicurists is inconsistent and even just poor. When Trish called in sick-- understandable! Take care of yourself-- the salon didn't notify me and gave me to the person who gives mediocre pedis. Every time I went in to have my nails done, someone was really upset with their service. Unfortunately, the last time I was in, I was the one who was really upset. Communication is a problem. I stopped going. read more

I came across this location thanks to a Groupon I purchased. It's clearly new (I think they only recently received their business license, like Feb 2016 new). Overall the space is clean and well kept. It's a small shop, only 2 employees, so if you're going with a group I'd suggest cutting back. They were super friendly and provided detailed service. It was probably the best pedicure I've had in a while. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little bit of a peeve to make an appointment for the pedicure when it was so visibly slow. read more

So first of all the lady who did my nails was absolutely rude. Customer service was not her strong side. I'm not sure what she did to my feet but that's what they look like (what the?). My nails she had to do the top coat twice because the first time she did such a poor job it wasn't smooth at all. It was hands down the worst $70 I ever spent. read more

She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed. I would think that creating short layers makes thick, curly hair appear thicker, so I don't know why she did that. I went back and had it fixed by Kathy, who was absolutely wonderful. I do not recommend Carol for curly or thick hair. She just graduated from hair school and needs more training. I feel she should have declined to cut my hair if she didn't know how to cut curly hair. I'm still rating the salon as 4 stars because I had a great experience in the past with Michelle and Kathy did an amazing job making Carol's work into an actual bob

She walked me back to a room and told me to lay on the bed. I struggled to get on the bed, no offer for assistance from her. I asked for something to put under my knees as laying flat on my back is painful. She slapped a rolled up towel on the table. The facial wax was the most painful one I have ever had. She offered no assistance when I was trying to get off the table. No conversation during the entire time I was there. I will never return.

I've never had a bad experience. Manicures however it really depends on the type that you're getting. I stopped by for just a regular shellac and they did a fantastic job. Then maybe about a month or so ago I went in for a builder gel refill and it was a completely different story. The builder gel was so thick. It was basically multiple layers of dip. Compared to the other place I go to which tends to leave the builder gel fairly thin, but still strong so that it actually looks and feels like a regular nail this was just not the experience that I wanted. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I also like that they give out little treats and drinks non-alcoholic, of course.

Hands down the best nail salon in the area and trust me, I've been to them all. This place is clean with a huge selection of dip and gel colors and talented technicians. Trish and Mimi always do a great job on my nails and Paul gives fantastic pedicures. And huge plus, you can book online! Don't overlook this place - they are always consistent! read more

There was only 1 other customer besides me at this salon which was nice since my other salon was completely full and couldn't take any walk ins for 1-2 hours. A gel rebase is $40 which is similar to every other salon that I've been to in the area. Glam Shop Nails has a wide variety of gel colors which I appreciated. The only bad thing about my visit here was the drill burned my fingers a little bit. Monique did my rebase and applied my gel polish way better than how they applied it at 360 Nails. She was friendly and personable. I'm happy with my experience here and would come back for another rebase

Not only did the staff fail to handle the situation appropriately, but they actively encouraged another customer to intervene rather than addressing the matter themselves. No customer should ever feel unsafe, threatened, or subjected to harassment while receiving a service. Management should take this matter seriously and hold the employees involved accountable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Customers deserve a safe, professional, and respectful environment, and this business failed to provide that. This version focuses on your experience and avoids claims that could be challenged if you decide to post it publicly. Shame on you guys!

I waited less than 10 minutes upon arriving, and then they started with my pedicure. The technician helping me recommend a particular shade of red (I requested red to match the dress I planned to wear for the wedding) and did a great job! The only bad thing was that I had requested the classic pedicure (the most basic one, $32) with regular polish, and they ended up doing gel (+$15). By the time I realized, it was already too late. Nevertheless, it looked good, so I didn't mind. I had someone else do my dip manicure, and they also did a good job. They shaped my nails into almond just as I asked (+$5) and also cleaned my cuticles (+$5). I went for a simple, clean look to accentuate my natural nail. All in all, the dip manicure was $60. I found the prices to be reasonable, and I felt that the technicians did a thorough job. The only reason why I am knocking off a star is for a slight lack of communication regarding what kind of polish to use, as well as for the lack of decor/aesthetic in the salon. A few of the pedicure chairs had seen better days -- they were ripped up and showed obvious signs of extreme wear-and-tear. It was definitely not the most aesthetically pleasing place I have been to, but they did a good job, so I would still recommend it to others!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. Also the prices were not that bad either. One thing I can say for certain is that we have found our nail salon moving forward. Coming here you will not be disappointed.
