I came to Lashology for lash lift with Jess. She did a really poor job with my lashes. As you can see in the picture, they are not lifted at all, a total waste of money and time. Jess was also very aloof which made the appointment rather awkward. The only small talk we had was me mentioning the weather that day. Other than that, the entire salon was deadly silent, like in a cemetery. I would not mind the aloofness if the job was done well, but as you can see in the picture, it was not. I did not like the style that the artist did and did not feel it matched what I requested and reached out to them when I got home. They got back to me & got me scheduled with a different artist the same weekend to get it fixed -Larissa- and she was able to get me more volume and they are now looking exactly how i want them! She did an amazing job & I also love that this studio worked with me to get these fixed as well as finding me my new artist that can do the style I like. I've done my research. Lashology is absolutely the best and most professional salon in the Denver Metro Area. I pass by about 15 different lash salons on my way here. I have extremely sensitive eyes, additionally I am extremely sensitivities to certain glue, so I'm not not an easy situation, but Beth and Symone went above and beyond to help me in my battle to find a solution. I'm absolutely pain free and thrilled. In my research to find a good salon I've walked in and asked salons what glue they use and asked to hold examples of their lashes. I've held samples of these plastic looking lashes that don't feel natural at all. The end result is an overly dramatic plastic look. I know IMMEDIATELY when I see these and they are everywhere. If you took a magnifying glass to my eyelashes you would NOT know they aren't mine. It's pretty amazing. I wanted subtle this last time (photos attached). Maybe something more dramatic next time, either way Symone delivers perfection and they still look like my own. She is "my person", and she is lovely beyond measure, but I have used Marky and she is remarkably talented in her technique as well. Highly recommend!!! read more

I have gotten many lash lifts done before but had to find a new provider because mine moved to Florida. So I found lashology and thought I would try it. I got a lash lift and tint and less than 24 hours after my lashes already were looking wack. The lift wasn't holding and I hadn't done anything to get them wet so it makes no sense. I've never had this happen before with any other lifts I've gotten so I am pretty disappointed. Don't recommend paying $90 for something that doesn't even last. read more

I was a new client and I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was in the parking lot when I received a call saying that the current client was going to take 45 minutes extra and they would have to push my appointment 45 minutes out. I have no time to wait around, or go back to my home, so I just went ahead and canceled my appointment. I find it ironic, considering if I showed up late, I would be responsible for paying the price for the entire appointment, however, they don't seem to value their clients time like their own. I get an eyelash lift with Crystal and I love the service. The studio itself is a little bit hard to find but the beds are relaxing and the room has a really nice energy. Crystal is wonderful! She is incredibly easy to talk to and is a perfectionist when it comes to the lashes. I've gotten two lifts and we've adjusted how tight the lift is so that I can have beautiful, long lashes. I have super thick, straight lashes and nothing I've tried works to curl them. I've used eyelash curlers and heated curlers but they stay stuck straight. I had resorted to wearing fake lashes everyday which was cumbersome. These lifts have really improved my self-esteem. It may not look like much but with mascara on, my eyelashes are incredibly long but also super natural. The lash lifts are a great price for the outcome and lasted me 7 weeks (and I wear heavy makeup every single day). I highly recommend! read more

About a year ago, I started coming here to get my lashes done per a recommendation from a friend. She had the most gorgeous lashes so I had to ask her where she got them done. When I did, she specified that I should ask for Erika. I did, and I LOVED my lashes. I took a break from having my lashes done, and after a bit, decided to go back. Erika was either all booked up, or not taking clients anymore (not sure) so I booked with someone else. I figured, they all work there, so I'm sure she's good! Promptly after getting my lashes done, I wasn't nearly as happy as when Erika had done them. They just weren't as full as I wanted, but I wrote it off as poor communication on my side. However, after 24-48 hours, my left eye had FAR more wonky lashes than my right. A week or so later, and the lashes have fallen out of my left eye at a MUCH higher rate than my right eye. There's an entire bald spot on my left eye! Nothing has changed from last time to this time in regards to my cleaning/care process. That being said, the place is gorgeous, and all the employees are super friendly. Just make sure you look through each artists portfolio before you get your work done or you may be disappointed. This Lashology location is much bigger than Glendale - once you figure out the location (inside a highlands office building), you're good to go. I was 10 min late because I got lost, however my appointment was honored. Thank heavens! We skipped aromatherapy and went straight to lashing. 90 minutes is a long time to sit still with your eyes closed while someone is adding lashes with tweezers. Luckily Lashology plays good music and makes the whole customer experience feel casual. I like listening to other conversations about permanent makeup, weekend plans or more serious personal stories. People assume you can't hear when your eyes are closed, I guess? Speaking of permanent makeup, this Lashology offers it. Lashology was the first place I've ever had eyelash extensions put on! I was looking for a high rated, professional place to have my lashes done for my wedding, and this place answered all my needs. My appointment was around 120mins long and the price was very reasonable for the area. My lashes stayed on for a really long time and were beautifully done! I got my lashes lifted and tinted last week, and the tint was uneven, none of it on the bottom lashes. It's also already all gone and it's been one week. The tech was eating while i was laying there waiting and was pretty unfriendly. I emailed the business after my session, explaining the poor job she did with the tint, and asked for a partial refund. I gave it a week but nobody ever got back to me so I am leaving a review. I never leave bad reviews, but I literally feel like i threw away $100. Maybe the other techs take more care but I will never go back to find out as it is so unprofessional to not return a customer's call about a concern, on top of bad service to begin with. read more

It was my first time here today and I was very happy with the service I received. Brooke was my lash artist and she did an amazing job. I was just getting a fill, but when I walked in they walked me through the entire process and let me pick out exactly what style of lashes I wanted, and Brooke did an amazing job at giving me exactly what I wanted. The studio itself is a perfect temperature so I wasn't too hot or too cold during my service, and normally I am freezing! I was extremely impressed the first time I came here, but each time I come, my love grows more and more for lashology! They are THE BEST places to get your lashes done. They are safe (compared to other places that can damage your real lashes, making them possibly fall out), they take their time to make sure none of them stick together, 100% vegan, the facility is nice, all of the staff is really friendly and welcoming. Even though they're called lashology, they are also THE BEST nail place in Denver. After moving to Denver from LA I was struggling to find a good nail place. I got gel from a few places- not only were they expensive, they also chipped after 4 -7 days. Wtf?! This review is for a lash lift and tint. I'm getting henna on my brows in a few weeks and will update then. Back story- I went to Lashology hesitantly after having a horrible lash lift at another place. Honestly- the other place (not Lashology) screwed up my lashes so bad, that if I wasn't getting married I wouldn't have ever tried to do a lash lift again. 3 months later, my lashes are still kinda messed up, but I knew I needed to take steps to get beautiful lashes now if I wanted them perfect for my wedding. Onto Lashology: So I explained the above but in more detail to Tatiana at Lashology. She understood my nerves and explained everything she was doing to my eyes, and even offered some explanation for what might have happened at the other place and why that shouldn't be the case with her. She was careful and thoughtful while still moving quickly. Clearly this woman has serious skills. My lashes came out amazing, but I realized the next day that my left eye didn't lift as much as my right eye. After a quick text, I met her the following morning and she fixed it. Now my lashes look amazing. I'm honestly taken aback by the difference between the terrible place I went to and the skills of the women here at Lashology. I will never let anyone else touch my eyes Tatiana also offered some guidance to help get some of my still damaged eye lashes looking perfect for my wedding day. her recommendations for my lashes and brows weren't necessarily what would make the business more money, but honestly what was best for me. The shop was very clean, beds are very comfy and you're offered blankets to cozy up while getting your service. They also give a portion of proceeds to a woman's group, which I love. I've heard mixed reviews about lift and tints, but I went for it today and couldn't be happier! All I had to do was lay there, and Tara did some magic to my lashes. Tara was also really great to chat with during the session! The process was pretty simple (for me) and it took a little over an hour. I have fine lashes and have always wanted them fuller but couldn't commit to extensions for the upkeep. The lift makes it look like I have way more eyelashes than before! I can't wait to try mascara on and see what it looks like. I'm going on a trip and wanted to feel like I had a little something on while on the beach. Honestly, this review is so long overdue it's embarrassing! Sorry Erika! The short review - it doesn't matter who you go to at Lashology, the lashes are applied safely and well, and they won't all fall out right away. The longer review - I've been going to Lashology for almost 2 years now. I used to live in New York where I'd gotten lash extensions for nearly a decade from a really good studio that basically started it all in the US. I tried another place when I first moved here, and the lashes all fell off within a week! I knew this place didn't know what they were doing, because I'd experienced much better in the past. Enter Lashology - I'd found my place! Their extensions last as long as I've ever seen lashes stay on, so they clearly know what they are doing! My first last artist there explained that because it's so dry here, they use a special glue (formulated by Erika, the owner!) that's perfect for the atmosphere here. That's probably why they all fall out so fast if you go to other places. I've gone to several of the lash artists at Lashology, and they have all done a great job. They take care of your natural lashes so you can keep getting refills without having to worry you are harming them. There is no "bad" lash artist there - you can go to anyone and you will get the same beautiful results. Which is good, since they are so booked up you couldn't really go to the same person all the time unless you book all your appointments way in advance! The time the lashes last totally depends on how you take care of them and what you're up to. Sometimes I can show up 3 weeks later and it looks like barely any of them have fallen off! During ski season, not so much, since my eyes water a lot in my goggles. So it totally depends on you and what you're doing. Not getting them wet right after your refill will definitely help. I do not enjoy the process of getting lashes since my eyes are really sensitive and I find it uncomfortable. But all of the artists at Lashology will move the tape around as much as you want and want you to have the most comfortable experience possible so speak up if that tape is poking you! I usually bring headphones, and sometimes take half a melatonin for a longer appointment so I can doze. While I love chatting since everyone there is so friendly, it can sometimes move the tape so I think it's better to be quiet. I've also gotten spray tans here (before my wedding), and they do a great job making you feel super comfortable and not awkward at all. Since they are using the sprayer versus a booth, you can customize the level of tan you like (eg, two coats on the body and one on the face). As long as you are fine with your regular lash artist seeing you topless, combining these appointments is a great time-saver! I've been through hell and back with several shops and artists around town for the past five years, so when I found Tatyana at Lashology, I wanted to cry tears of happiness (24Hrs after my re-lash appointment, of course). I'm Of Chinese descent, so I have extremely short and straight eyelashes AND my eye lids are hooded, so needless to say, I'm a challenge. My lashes look full and I'm able to go three weeks between every fill. OH! And I knew I'd like her during my first appointment because she taped my eyelids slightly up to get the excess lid out of the way. Been here a handful of times to get my brows waxed and tinted. Beware, they have canceled two appointments in a row. First bc the employee wanted to go home after a big client canceled an earlier appointment. I then begged for anyone to see me; which a different, employee did. Then secondly, received a text letting me know the girl I was now seeing schedule a bigger appointment during my time scheduled. But it was a "wedding emergency", on a Tuesday afternoon... but they said I could see the girl who canceled my previous appointment, um not happening. I've been going to Erika every two weeks for over a year. I started out getting the Classic lashes and have moved to the Volume lashes. The salon is super cute with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always incredibly friendly. They have really comfortable beds while your getting your lashes done and the aromatherapy is so relaxing. Erika is an extremely warm and positive person, which makes a long appointment seem like it flies by. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with other beauty services.
