When we got there, the body work they did needed to be redone and the AC stopped working. We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. The second day, I called and left a message. No response from either day. I looked on their website to see if they were closed down for any reason and there is nothing to indicate that they were on vacation, family emergency, etc. I hope everything is well but in this day and age it is too easy for people to communicate. I just had to,replace my alternator again in Minneapolis, but the warranty only went for 1 year or 12 thousand miles. It was a refurbished alternator and a piece of junk according to a mechanic in Mpls. Save your money and go ANYWHERE except Firestone. An alternator should last more than 8 months. Ridiculous.
