Don't go. Believe the other reviews. I went in for a growth on my elbow. They took me back to a nurse practitioner who tried to drain it and take a sample for the lab. While poking in and out with a needle she stuck herself. That was the end of my exam. They asked that I come in the next morning for a blood test to see if the nurse was infected with anything. As a decent person, I did that but never heard another word from them at all until I got the bill. Billing insists I owe for the office visit, regardless their total incompetence. I would have more faith in a veterinary school drop out. read more

I went to urgent care as advised by my GYN because I had heavy bleeding that wouldn't stop. I figured TMMG would be perfect since my primary physician was out of town, but also through tmmg, and urgent care should have access to all my records and history. They did a urinalysis and other tests but never checked my blood levels. After a follow-up two weeks later I found out this entire time I was CRITICALLY low and could have gone into heart failure. I had to have an emergency transfusion, followed by two iron infusions at the hospital because this was missed by urgent care. My doctor was floored that I went into the urgent care because of bleeding that wouldn't stop and they never checked my blood level. Needless to say, I would not go back here, period! read more

I am a disabled veteran. This urgent care is on the list for places that we can go for urgent care, per the Va.gov website. I was turn away today! They claim that they have to many issues with VA. That I would be stuck with a huge bill!! Don't bother going there if you are a veteran looking for urgent care!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!! read more

I have never ever had a problem with the urgent care or my doctor, Dr. Youssef. (He's fantastic!) However, I just HAD to share how rude the pharmacy tech is. Since there isn't a separate Yelp for the pharmacy, I'm leaving my experience here. This is only my second time using the pharmacy, but I probably won't be back. She talks a LOT to customers she likes, even if there are other customers waiting for service. Don't waste your time standing around waiting to pick up a prescription while she chats. I will never use TMMG Urgent Care EVER again. Went in with a sinus infection in January. Was told to attempt home remedies, given a nasal spray, and allergy pill. Allergy medications for an INFECTION. The doctor (Dr. Ruth Quarles) did not listen to my symptoms and had a strep test done even though I did not have a sore throat. She also told me I could not possibly have a sinus infection because they take 2-3 weeks to develop. After 2-3 days and no change and not being able to sleep because of the increasing sinus pressure and not being able to breathe, I went to my primary care physician... who correctly diagnosed me in about 10 minutes with a sinus infection, prescribed me antibiotics and I started to get better within 24-72 hours. read more

I came here to get treated for my sore throat. Dr. Ruth Quarles proceeded to tell me she thinks I have the flu. Mind you I told her how I did not get the flu shot and I will never get one. She laughed at me and made me get a test for the flu. Of coarse it came back negative. She has no bedside manner. She literally has no business being as rude as she was. None of my symptoms even added up to the flu. Will not be back here. read more

I went to be examined for strep throat and was told I had an upper respiratory infection. Angela Matthews D.O. prescribed me allergy medications for my INFECTION and was exceptionally rude and impatient with me when I requested antibiotics. The nurses were friendly but Angela Matthews talked to me (an educated woman of sound mind) like a child. Avoid this place at all costs, you will be wasting your money.. just like I wasted my $50 copay to be prescribed antihistamines for a sore throat. read more

I was very unhappy with this facility this morning. We brought my grandson in to get checked for a diaper rash caused from an anabiotic that he's been on for a double ear infection and my daughter was told that he was too young and they didn't have the instruments to be able to check him and the doctor did not feel comfortable checking him. I think this was very lazy and a very poor excuse we called another urgent care after they would not see him and they could not understand why this urgent care would not check him out. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone that has small children. read more
