Used to be a good business but no more. They won't do the work and keep giving excuses. Worse yet, it did not bother them the least that I was picking up an unrepaired radiator that they are in the business of repairing.

I've been waiting a year to have my radiator repaired. I gave it to him last December; he said he…read morewould work on it in January. I called periodically over the months and he refused to talk to me on the telephone or return my calls. I understand that local farmers need their machines to plant, take care of, and harvest their crops, so I let them have that priority. Finally the person who answers the phone said it would be put into the schedule for November 1. That was over 6 weeks ago and nothing appears to be happening. He does not appear to take the responsibility to explain to me why he will not do the repair. A YEAR and no explanation or action that I am aware of.

Went back again because my check engine light came on and my car was shaking violently (same car…read morethat I took to them last time), but they lose a star this time around because the lady sitting behind the desk was rude. I walked in and she just stared at me, literally just sat there and stared at me... I'm sorry, but I'm the one doing YOU a favor by bringing my money there. Typically if someone walks into your business you at least greet them, I dunno maybe even go as far as asking them what they need... I guess that's too much to ask for these days. For goodness' sake it was a Friday afternoon, show some enthusiasm! The gentleman that I picked up my keys from was friendly though, I think it's the same guy that helped me on my previous visit (the owner maybe?). Anyways, other than the initial poor customer service experience, they again did a great job in repairing my vehicle. They were pretty busy so they said they couldn't look at my car for a few days, I brought it back to them 3 days later and I had the car back in my driveway by the end of the same day. Chances are pretty good I'll take my car there again when it inevitably needs repair again, however that time I'm just going to stand there and stare back until I'm greeted properly.

Wow! Today my husband and I were on a bike ride on the nearby bike path when we experienced a flat…read moretire on our e-bike. We walked into Cars Trucks and Vans to see if we could borrow a couple tools we needed. Not just one but four employees and the owner jumped to our assistance to help. We were give the necessary tools and were aided in the repair. The customer service, cleanliness and friendly people that work is reflective from all levels! Offered to pay owner and he refused our money, saying they love helping people. Thank you and I would highly recommend this service center!

They were professional and efficient from the phone call to request help to paying the bill. We were quoted a price before they even came out, and that was the price that we paid.
