I knew that I probably had a virus but did not think that I would ever need a computer doctor... So, after McAfee, Norton, Avast and Guardio downloads and fees, my computer finally was blank and no hope in sight, I called the first computer repair where the IT guys had experience and begged him to help me. I definitely wanted to know that! He diagnosed and cured my computer. Nothing could have been better. I was literally depressed not having access to my "friend". Within an hour, Sam had my computer up and running, virus free and had convinced me that I needed his antivirus software. Surprisingly enough, it was less than the other plans that I had purchased and would have paid for after my trial period. I finally had a "word of mouth" recommendation! That is better than the promises that any of those other companies could have given me. Sam blew me away with the knowledge that he had. I knew the IT guys were SMART but.....WOW! By the time Sam had finished, I had his phone number for any help that I would need, day or night. I learned how to stop the Medicare robocalls that came to me every 30 seconds all day long and his remote care access so that he could help me at any time and was something that I could afford! OH!!! I have a Autel obd scanner that got dropped and broke the charging port. I sent back to Autel to have repaired and was told I needed a new scanner. After having them send it back, I contacted TN Computer Medics and told him what I had and he stated he was familiar with it and to bring it and he could fix it. He had it about a week and had it repaired and working like a new one even after Autel said it couldn't be repaired. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and was fair on the price. Sam is very knowledgeable about everything computers. My father in law (age85) had a Lenovo computer over 15 years old (or older) and Sam was able to transfer all stored information to a new laptop.
