Took it back and they put another module in... Still didn't work.. went back for a third time and then they BYPASSED the neutral safety start and guess what... IT STILL DIDN'T WORK!! So whent back for the last time and requested a refund and then got told I would only get the refund for the command start and not labour (the cheapest part of the bill) so had to argue with them about the full refund and at the end of it only got half of my money back. Oh and to top it off just to be childish of them, when I got my truck back everything was f!#&ked with inside, example music cranked all the way up, mirrors, etc... Case in point: poor business management, puss poor customer service. DO NOT GOT TO SHINE FACTORY FOR ANY BUSINESS REASONS!!

Used this wash just now while in town. The vacuum was effective and worked well. I used the $2.00…read moreoption with the extra motor and I have two messy kids so plenty of crumbs and fast food bits to suck up! The foaming cleaner is pleasant smelling and colourful. (The touchless wash is what we used). I asked how to use the wash prior as I needed to pay with cash and attendant was helpful and polite. The wash got all the bugs off and for the price was great!

Being it was bad weather they were going to clean the inside at the first appointment and the outside of my car on the second appointment. I paid cash unfortunately after they said they cleaned my interior. After getting home I realized they did very little. Still dirt underneath the front seats, the interior vinyl was only wiped down. I let the owner know how unsatisfied I was and he said he had new people and they'd redo it. I went to his shop because my calls weren't answered. The front door had a msg be back shortly. Waited 45 minutes no one came back. I called again and said "If you don't want to clean my car fine but I want my $250.00 back". No call back and I'm out $250.00

I prepare the next day for him to come and he shows up 20 minutes late. I looked inside the car after I was finished and I was not impressed. It was poorly done. He did not clean between the seats, the seats were dirty. I was so disappointed. Worst detail I ever had. I could have done that myself. My husband was not impressed either. Never again will I hire this company.
