After paying $31.50 for a used tire that would get me home , we realized that my locking lug nut key was missing.. They proceeded to spend 1.5 hours (after hours), to get it off and get my new tire on.. They were pleasant, allowing my kids to scooter around the shop while they worked, let us use their front office sitting area, washroom.. I did not realize such customer service still existed ... I am taking it to another shop for work. This is the second time I have had a problem with them. The other time was quoted a price for a repair and when it was done the price was just about double.
