We are a very picky group and he accommodated and showed us multiple versions until we LOVED our design. We can't wait to find a event to utilize this service again. I highly recommend Snapshot Moments.

I must say that one of the things I like most about Snapshot moments is not only the design of the print, but the quality of it as well. Its not cheap photo paper nor something of the level you print out at home. Its serious quality paper like if you were to get something printed at a storefront. Kimson also does an amazing job with designing creative templates. I used him for both my kid's birthday parties this year and of course it was a hit. I think my 4-yr-old is addicted to photobooths now. I've gonna to enough parties and weddings now to know a quality photobooth when I see it. Oh - not to mention that I like the concept of an "open air" booth. Its leaves more space for movement and getting lots of people in. I also prefer the 4x6 design/prints that he offers - instead of doing the typical smaller strips. I can't rave enough about SnapShots. Looking forward to using him again next year!

I really hate leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but sometimes you come across certain…read morebusinesses that leaves you wondering how/why they are in business at all. My husband and I just got married and we hired Joe Lee from Party Favor Photo for Photo Booth services for our wedding. We did not experience any issues leading up to the event. Joe was quite responsive, friendly, and accommodating, and his prices seemed very reasonable for the quality and service so we were quite pleased and excited for Party Favor Photo to be at our event. However, there were some hiccups and miscommunications during the event that my husband and I were dissatisfied with. For one, the photo booth attendant set up about 30 minutes late. Another issue was that the attendant printed the first few photos in color, although we contracted for black and white photos. They were able to resolve this quickly once we realized the issue, so no harm no foul. However, the software continued to be glitchy and crashed several times throughout the night. Some of our photos turned out dark and fuzzy as well. After the wedding, I reached out to Joe to express our disappointment and he responded completely unprofessionally. He accused me and my husband of being cheap customers who didn't want to spring for a more expensive package, which was the reason for the issues. And upon seeing a negative review from one of our guests, Joe jumped to the conclusion that it was my husband who wrote the review and deleted all the photos from our online gallery. He also threatened to sue us for defamation. If it hadn't been for Joe's poor response, I would have given his business a 3 or 4 star review. I am now down to 1 star because of his terrible attitude and unprofessionalism. Edit: the business owner's response to this review is quite telling. Please do not be fooled by his lies.

This place is located in Tanger Outlets in Oxon Hill MD, for any one who doesn't know what a selfie…read moremuseum is it's basically just a bunch of "rooms" with different backgrounds you can take pictures in. So if you like to take pictures this is definitely the place for you! First off this is the second Selfie museum I have been too so I pretty much knew the process before even coming. We came in a group and booked the whole space for our hour, if you have enough people to do it it's definitely a good idea! I felt much more comfortable taking pics knowing everybody who was in there with me. Other options are you pick a time and come in and there's most likely going to be bunch of other people in there taking pics with you, the good thing is there's plenty of rooms to choose from so unless everyone had the same plan to use the same spot then you should be good. There are changing rooms in there too so if you want to change outfits you are more than welcome, just remember that's in your time too! Oh and they also have one of those 360 things, we didn't use it, but in our last 10 Minutes we were told by the worker to let him know if we want to use it. This isn't much time when you have a group of more than 10 people, or even 10 people in general. Now the cons It was hot, I'm not sure if it's just because the weather hasn't been steady yet but they definitely need some fans blowing, air, something lol. This could be more toward the guy who was working this day but like I said earlier I knew the process but the rest of my group didn't. There was a paper with rules and he said to read it as he just sat there on the phone. He didnt give out the tripods, and didn't give anyone a Bluetooth clicker. He wasn't much help. So we had to get our own tripods, had to ask for the clickers, I used my Apple Watch to take my pictures and so did a couple others in my group. You would think that the person working would at least ask if everyone knew what they were doing before just letting us go off on our own. Maybe they asume we would take eachothers pics so those things weren't needed but at least ask. Also I think it would be better to hand out the items so that you are aware of what was is given out rather than just letting people grab their own items and you don't know who has what. I didn't find this out until after but one of our members was told there wasn't even anymore of the clickers, which was extremely odd to me because a few of us didn't even have one to begin with! This last thing isn't really a con just weight limits should perhaps be added for the items that hang. It would better to know the max weight they can hold rather than you sit down and it breaks and be told you have to pay for this now broken item. Overall it was a good time! Great for many types of events! Not sure if the room designs change periodically but that would be a good reason to keep coming back. Almost forgot, they did have a row of kid size spaces(smaller kids), it was cute, definitely great for them to feel special in their own little rooms.
