Tressy is very accommodating and goes well beyond what you would expect from most services of this kind. She's always been flexible with our schedule, and if we've needed an extra cleaning here and there she's always found a way to work us in. She always follows up with us, and any concerns I've ever had (and let me say there have been very few if any) were always addressed and never have I had the same twice. He is the only one who responded, and he told me that most of the time it can't be made to buzz louder. He said he might be able to do something, but that would cost hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate his responding to me, and now I will be sure to contact him should I have any problems with any of my appliances. It is refreshing to find someone locally who genuinely cares about helping others. I believe he is the same one who came out a year or so ago, because his granddaughter accompanied him. I didn't get any contact information from him at the time. Now I know how to contact him. And I will, for sure, if and when I may need his services.
