Being back here felt so nostalgic. This spot has changed names so many times over the years, but somehow it's still got that same familiar vibe. Pool tables are still there and they also added darts and other things, the energy is still laid-back, and it honestly felt like a little throwback in the best way. Some nights they have live bands among other events on different days. They've got a full bar, good food, and plenty of space to play pool without feeling rushed. The servers were really nice and super chill, which made the experience even better. It's a cool little place to hang out, shoot some pool, grab drinks, and not break the bank -- definitely cheap and fun. Hot Wings, Cold Beer & Great Service! Large space with plenty of seating, dart boards and pool tables. Customers and staff were welcoming. Apparently Monday nights are Free Pool, and other specials weekly. Right next to my hotel right off 24, so easy in tonight and looks like it should be an easy out in the morning. The buffalo wings were cooked perfectly for me and the buffalo sauce was very tasty and not too spicy but they did have a little kick. I also had a side salad with ranch that was pretty good. I'll definitely come back again whenever I'm coming back through this area. read more

We ended up at this billiards place on a weekday in the afternoon. The atmosphere was welcoming and the music was diverse. We didn't have food, but we had some drinks per the special. Service was quick and friendly. Prices for everything were reasonable. The pool tables need work. The felt is damaged and the sticks are pretty old. A little upgrade would help but I'm sure if that's done, the prices will also increase--which is understandable. I will definitely return and try their food. read more

WOW! The Quesadillas are AWESOME! They use Philly Cheese steak and lots of it... No super thing food here. It was YUMMY! And my partner in crime had the Chef's Salad - DANG!!! MOUNTAINS of Food, literally peaks... It was impressive. I didn't try it, but the table over from me had a cheeseburger going on that looked amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and it was just a fun place all around... Highly recommend if you are in the area!!! Heck, even if you have to drive, the food was worth it. We were looking for a dive bar where we could shot some pool - and we found it. We arrived about 7pm on a Friday night and didn't have to wait for a table. There are small and large tables that were all moderately worn. We had some simple bar food which was served hot and fresh and reasonably priced. I recommend sticking with beer and/or seltzers as the mixed drinks were mediocre at best. The service at both the bar and from the table server was good with friendly and attentive service. We did see people being frisked and a security guard with a Kevlar vest on our way out so not sure what kind of crowd shows up later! read more

Okay, Tony and I was on our way to the Piggly Wiggly on Nolensville Rd in South Nashville when we noticed the sign.."TNT Billards Bar and Grill" so we said "Why not?" so we whipped into the parking lot and noticed first all how large the location is..and the parking lot is huge!!! We entered into the location that is surrounded by walls of glass windows, so the place is well lit and has a huge dancing, with full band area..and several large Televisions located throughout the bar. There is a huge square bar in the middle so the seating is located on all sides with TVs everywhere. They have 12 yes 12 Billiard Tables, 5 dart boards and they do have leagues there. They also have a jukebox, ATM machine and one of those Golf Game machines. On one of the televisions they show the BUZZTIME Trivia game and tons of controllers to use if you don't have the FREE APP on your smartphone. I have my home Buzztime location as Buffalo Wild Wings in Smyrna but I am going to change it to this location. So much closer to my home! The beer was only $2.25, so Tony was happy. He loves his cold Budweiser. Also, there are plenty of tables, booths and High top Tables scattered throughout the bar. They have a full menu of bar foods ranging from Pizza to sandwiches and a full bar serving all your favorite mixed drinks..and of course Tony's favorite...a SMOKING BAR..he can sit down at the bar, lean back on his stool enjoy a sporting event on one of the many televisions, drink his Ice cold Budweiser and fire up his cigarette. Myself, the soda was fountain..which I love!!! And I was able to play Buzztime, so I am in seventh heaven, but ONE DOWN FALL...no Wifi so I had to use my 4G network. They are open daily 10:30am to 3 am.. I am definitely going back again, going to try their pizza or hot wings and let you know more!!! If you go, write and review and give me your opinion!!! Food was fantastic. Staff was better. Great selection of cocktails. I actually left my credit card on the bar by accident. Only 2 drinks. They actually walked it back down to the Comfort Inn while I was in the shower to return it. Only my 2nd time here, but last month was my first time. Came here to play some poker. If a beer drinking, pool and poker playing crowd isn't what you're looking for, this may not be your crowd. That being said, I had fun, and there are good bar prices. The standout was the server Misty. She took good care of our large crowd. After I signed my receipt she came back to me and said she had read my tip wrong and had accidentally charged me an extra $2. I'm pretty sure that most servers in bars like these wouldn't bother with telling me, but she did and was very apologetic and gave me the difference. This place is a local neighborhood spot.....little far from my neighborhood but I like the atmosphere. I enjoyed the bar food, strong drinks and shooting pool in peace. If you wear contacts take them out, there is more smoke in here than a Snoop Dogg Concert. That being said, grab a gallon of beer or whatever the enormous measurement they serve when you ask for a beer is and sit down to some amazing wings. Lots of space, lots of pool tables, well ventilated so the smoke doesn't become too thick. It may take a moment to get a drink, whether or not they're busy, but it's a pretty laid back place. Haven't tried the food yet but we enjoyed a few drinks and a couple games of pool. read more

Fun place. Pretty smoky so if that bothers you you might want to head elsewhere. But otherwise this place is a sprawling, multi-room bar with tons of pool tables, jukebox, a miniature golf video game machine, and more. False advertising a Halloween contest. This was bull. They wouldn't let me wear the head of my costume. What is the point of a Halloween party or celebration if you're not going to allow the person to wear their costume. I was miserable. They knew what I looked like after seeing my ID and I did take it off for them to see my face and I was with two other people who are regulars who come in there all the time who were not wearing a full costume. Then after sitting there being bored to death for three freaking hours waiting for the contest they never did it....I was mad as hell.. I did manage to get 1 or 2 pictures but this was the worsed time I ever had....Angry what a waste of a night and time. Also you can never get a pool table anymore they keep having tournaments half the time the tables don't work taking the money. The Dj's they hire suck. The security is as bad as the airport if you attract people that you need to pat people down and search you need to give up and shut down....Only reason anyone goes here is it is the only place in the area that is not downtown that has a dance floor and free parking.. Other than that it really is boring and sucks... Again if you have to over kill with security that tells you something in itself.. And really pissed about the whole ruin of Halloween.... read more

I was surprised after reading some of the other reveiws. Walking in the door you see health score of 96 on the wall and unusually clean for a pool hall. Going into the bathroom it was actually clean enough to have a seat without hoovering. My beer ice cold with ice still clinging to the bottle. Menu is hard to read but they had a bigger one at the bar. Pool tables are 50 cents and in good condition. Will be going there more often. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I walk in with 3 of my friends on a Thursday night for some cold beer and billiards. We begin the night off with a shot of alcohol, and one of my friends sets his glass down on the bar a little too zealously. The security (who did not introduce himself as security, nor was he wearing security identification) walks over, puts both hands on my friend's shoulders, gets in his face, and growls "Calm down, son" in a very threatening manner before stalking off. Thinking this was another patron, and being taken aback at the gall of this man, my friend complains to the bartender. Not only does she not do anything, she doesn't even tell us he is the security. I figure it out a few minutes later as he continues to glare at us from the corner, so I ask the bartender who finally admits it. The atmosphere was hostile, the behavior was unprofessional, and we immediately left and found somewhere else. Never coming back. read more
